There's been some years living this life
I've given you everything
And I tried
But you never love me for who I am
Do you even really love me baby?
It seems like it's just a dream
I thought we were meant to be
What once was called love
Ended black and white
And I don't really know you baby
But I won't stress the fam
You know that we're not like that
But you can't go
Cause I'm leaving this time

Amour

"Amour!" Marilyn, my 10 year old little cousin but I don't call her my cousin I just call her my sister, screamed while jumping on my bed. I swear I would die for this little girl. Just being around her presence can brighten up your day.

I chuckled before turning onto my side to face her. "Yes?"

"Grandma making breakfast!"

I quickly hopped off the bed and rushed down the stairs into the kitchen. Once Grandma starts cooking, you better hurry up and grab yourself a plate.

"Grandma, I heard you was cooking?!" I breathe out.

"Where the food at?!" I heard Ariel, my twin sister, say from behind me.

I shook my head. "Greedy! I didn't even grab my plate yet."

Ariel, mugged me. "So? Girl, ain't nobody worried about you!"

I kissed my teeth. "Ain't nobody worried about you either!"

We soon began to argue until Grandma mushed both of our heads and giving us a look. "Ah, will you both shut up and sit down." She snapped, and we did as we was told.

Genesis soon enter the kitchen along with Angela and Giselle. They sat down after greeting Grandma with a kiss on the cheek.

"Where's Marilyn and Daniel?" Grandma asks. "Marilyn! Daniel!" She screamed, not even letting us answer her.

They both walked down the stairs while Daniel had bags under his eyes. I already knew that Grandma was going to questioned him about what he was doing last night.

"Why ya eyes look like that?" She questioned, like I knew she was going to.

"I didn't get any sleep last night." He replied, taking a seat next to Marilyn. Angela smirked and shook her head.

"And why didn't you get any sleep?" She asks, not giving up.

"We took ya' car for a joy-ride." Angel said, bluntly.

That's how Angel is or Angela. Just blunt and rude. Her looks may make her seem sweet but she's as blunt as can be. I don't know where her attitude comes from at times. And no one knows where her nickname Angel came from either. The only person who knows was our dad and grandmother. He's the one who came up with her nickname.

We had two grandmothers. One wasn't actually our grandma but she was in a way. When the states spilt us all up while our Aunt Cali and Uncle Rich did their time in prison, she was the one who spent her time, looking for us and getting us under her custrd. She always may us feel as if she was our grandmother.

No one knew where our grandmother from our fathers side was at. We haven't seen her in years. For a moment, since we couldn't find her, we thought she was dead, and had a funeral for her. She wasn't just out grandmother but she was our GMother. She was such a gangster in many ways. That's where G fit into her name.
Giselle laughed while Grandma rolled her eyes, as if she wasn't surprised.

"All of yall give me headaches."

"We love you to." I blew kisses at her as she pretended to catch them.
