Rey stood in the sand, but it wasn't the same as the sand that she was used to. She looked out at the ocean waves. She felt the moist ocean air against her skin and the cool water splashing gently against her feet.

"It's beautiful," said a deep voice behind her.

She had thought that she was alone. She turned and looked behind her to see a tall man with dark eyes and black hair that fell to his shoulders.

She nodded. "Especially when you're used to an ocean of sand," she said.

He nodded. "It's exactly what I dream of when I'm in alone in the desert," he said.

"Me too," she answered. "I was born to this desert world. There's nothing, just sand."

"I don't like sand," he said. "It's corse and rough."

She nodded. "And the sandstorms..." she added.

"Let's not forget that," he said with a faint smile.

"I thought I was alone," she said.

"You're not alone," he said with a smile.

She smiled.

He stared at her for a long moment without speaking.

Finally she looked down at the sand beneath her feet. Then she looked back at him, his eyes had never left her.

"What's your name?" she asked, shyly.

"Benjamin... but you can call me Ben," he replied.

She smiled. "Ben," she said. "I'm Rey." She reached her hand out to him.

He took her hand in his and held it gently for a moment before placing a soft kiss on the top of her hand.

She gasped softly at his gentle touch.

"It was destiny that we met, Rey," he said softly.

He slowly let her hand go. And as he did, he faded away. She looked around to see that the ocean had begun to fade, until only blackness remained.
