I woke up in the early morning and see i have 7 missed calls from Richard. I showered and got some clothes on and called him back.
"Hey baby whats up?"
He seemed so stressed "MELODY! DID YOU SEE THE NEWSFEED??"
"woah, richard calm down, que paso??? Are you ok?"
"Shawtie look at the newsfeed right now. What am i gonna do"
"Ok ok ill check it out, i just woke up" So i go to Instagram and check my news feed.
"What? An alligator died?" I refreshed my newsfeed and- what i see is freaking me out.
"WHAT!?!?! HOW!!!?? I MADE SURE NO ONE WAS LOOKING!" what i saw was a news report of me and Richard kissing.
Its a pic of us from yesterday kissing and it says 'famous member of boy band CNCO caught kissing with a stranger?'
"Ok richard um? What do we do?"
"Melody who took this tho?"
"That explains the flash i saw when i was kissing you. UGH!"
"Ok well i have to go talk to renato and see what we are gonna do. We have a concert today and there is already 1 thousand retweets and so much. I love you but im stressed"
"Richard i um...ok. Ill see you later i guess and good luck. Hopefully renato doesnt freak out because he doesn't know..."
"Ok well ill talk to you soon, bye shawtie"
"Bye hun"
I hang up and sit down to think. I see wendy come out of the bathroom. "Melody? What was that about? Was that richard"
"Wendy it was, yes. And i have alot to explain to you before you see what you see. Sit down"
So after an hour of explaining everything, wendy gasps and says "wow melody this is crazy. Ill keep it a secret dude but how are you gonna fix that kiss?"
While wendy was talking i get a message from angel that said 'melly? What is this? I trusted you. So wow that is a hickey. From this famous guy huh?'
And he sent me the picture. Shit angel knows and this is going down hill.
I texted him back and say 'angel, its alot to explain but please dont be mad. Im stressed right now"
I then got a call from renato Really shyly i answer and say "Si..?"
"Mira jovencita, ya richard me explico todo. Lo que vamos hacer, es que voy a tener que contratar una muchacha para pretender ser la novia de richard"
I almost had a meltdown when i heard that.
"Em...si renato...perdoname...disculpame con richard tambien...also ok its fine, so we are gonna say that girl was the one kissing him?"
"Si, va tener que ser asi para que no se pongan mad los fans"
"Ok ren, te veo. Adios."
I hung up and just lay in bed screaming into a pillow. WHY ME!!! Who even took that picture anyway!!!
Wendy says "i overheard your conversation sis, i see your pain. Ill try to help if you want?"
I look at her and wipe my tears, and smile "wendy thank you for caring and being here for me, but there is nothing i can do. Richard will most likely gain feelings for her once they start fake dating"
"Nahh melly you are fabulous, bet that lady is uglyyyyy. Dont worry, ill talk to Richard for you"
"Wendy please dont, i know you want to help, but he is stressed and..i dont know. He needs space because he loves me but this is bad for his reputation. And i caused this, but well lets leave this to renato for now"
"*sigh* ok melly, but remember i will help you if you need anything"
I hug wendy and smile at her. I get a call from rosie then "locaaaa tu viste el-"
"Yes rosie i know and renato is working on it"
"Eahhh. Pues ok, y nenaaaa como estas?? I miss you loca"
"WOOF!" what was that? Ok i have no idea what rosie is up to.
"Rosie what was that?"
"Emm nada! Pero girl when you coming back?"
I started walking to my balcony on the upstairs to see the view and get fresh air
