Tuesday 10:00am:

"Melody wake up! Wakeyyy wakey" i heard someone whispering. I open my eyes and see rosie really close to my face.

"Mnnnh what time is it?" I feel exhausted. What even went on? Rosie then answers "its 10am. Now wake up. Do you know what tommorow is?"

Ugh why is she bombarding me with questions i just woke up. I get up ignoring her question and went to wash my face.

She says "melly! Do you know what Tommorow is??" I dry my face and say "whats Tommorow? What date?"

She responds "its the 22nd" i tried thinking, but of course i was still drowsy so i had no idea what was going on.

"Wait. What month we in?" I ask with alot of confusion. She laughs and said "bruh we are in january" so i tried connecting the dots.

"So oh yea! Ok now i remember. Its the 22 of January?.. No wait today is the 21. Ok so Tommorow is uhh..OMG ITS RICHARDS BIRTHDAY!?!?!?"

i put a surprised face on and have my oversized sleeves on my head thinking. Rosie says "PFFFF WELL YEA!" So the thing is, when i was a fan i knew all this but then when we were more friends i wasnt so focused on fangirling..

I get up and say "oh my gosh i almost forgot ro! I need to make plans! 👏👏👏" she says "don't worry me and chris will help you!"

I then give her THE look. I say "oh..and about you and chris? Huh? What's going on hehe" she blushes and says "well you know...we are kinda there on the edge of dating"

I jump up and down and scream "AYEEE MA HOMIE GONNA GET ITTTT" we both laughed and went to my kitchen.

I say "ok so i need to go shopping today for Richard. Do you think chris and you can get decorations? I wanna give him a suprise party" rosie said "yesss let me ask Chris. Also confetti? Yes or nah"

"Yess we gotta go crazyyyy" i then sit down and text richard 'hey babe, what are you doing today?'

I waited 5 minutes while eating and he finally answered.
'well i have a meeting at the studio today, but i was hoping after we could hang out?'

I smile at his text and rosie saw me and she laughs then proceeded to say "hey heyyy keep it PG with that guy" i laugh and say "dude we aren't even being that way right now hahaha"

"Mmnhhhum" she mumbles. I laugh and say "pff you never believe me" then i respond to richard saying

'umm not really babe im sorry, im busy today. But ill see you on Thursday? Ok? I love you'

I have everything planned hehehe. So he answers saying 'Thursday?!?!? Baby i cant last that long without seeing you. Why not Tommorow for my- nevermind uh but why not?'

I laugh quietly on my side of the phone and i answer
'because i am busy Tommorow too ok? Te amo bebo'

Aww i thought it was so cute how he wanted to see me so bad. He says "i love you too. But? Do you know what tommorow is?"

I smirk while reading his message. I respond "yes babe, its the 22nd. But i have to go now actually 😘 love you bye"

I feel bad for lying to him, but its for his good. Sooo everything will turn out fine :)

"Ok Chris is here to pick me up, see you later. We'll be back with the decorations" ro said while leaving the door.  I then got dressed to leave and get the food and everything.

When i open my front door i see joel there, about to knock and he had Ali with him. I smile at Ali and i say "uh joel?"

He hugs me and says "i was hoping you could babysit ali? Please? Its because we were supposed to but today we had a meeting and she cant come so please?"

I hesitated to say yes, but joel and erick helped me when i was down...so i said yes. "Yes ofcourse. But um i was gonna go run errands now. I guess she can come"

Oh wait...oooof. I hope she doesnt spill anything to richard, because im going to shop for his gift too. Oh nooo this is baddd. So i take ali in my arms and say bye to joel. He walks away and i got my purse to them also leave with Ali.

Before leaving i asked her if she ate anything. She said yes and told me it was yummy lol. So we left and got into my car. I first went to the grocery store to buy all the ingredients.

I want to make his favorite cake 😋 its tres leches and i know how to make it luckily! "Mami? Can i have some chocolate?" Aaliyah asks me.

😳 what? Did she just call me "mami" ?? Whatttt OK BUT WHAT?? i dont know if i should freak out or let it go or feel ok? Because i dont want to replace her mom even tho she's a butthead.

Should i even tell Richard?? I dont think so...maybe? Well i think it could go bad. He could get mad because im not actually her mommy..more like her step mommy?

Wait why do i keep saying mommy lol. Anyway, im not her mom. So i have no clue how he would react. So it depends.

I tell her "yes, what do you want?" She claps all happy like and say "that one!" And pointed at one of those kinder© chocolate eggs with the prize inside lol

I take it and put it in the cart. Ali was sitting in the baby part of the shopping cart so i was making sure she wouldnt run away anywhere.

I then got some milk, eggs, sugar, etc. I went to buy some plantains, onions, some olive oil and butter. I plan on making Mangú as the main dish ☺

Im so excitedddddd. Oh what is this? Vegan eggs?? What the-
So i keep walking and i notice aaliyah falling asleep aww. I put my purse next to her so she would fall asleep on something soft.

Its been like half an hour right now. Im making sure i have all the ingredients i need for all the food. I also got some milk and fruit to make "morir soñando" a drink of milk mixed with orange from rebulica dominicana.

I mean its his birthday after all 💁 i want to make it special for him. So i need one more thing and that is chips and salsaaa technically 2 things lol

While at the chip section, i see with corner of my eye that someone enters the same aisle as me. When i take a better look its "holy shit rich is here" u whisper.

I take my cart and quickly left that aisle. I made it to the opposite of the store and took a breath. Thank God ali is still asleep so she wouldnt call her daddy.

While calming down, i get a tap on my shoulder..please God, please please please dont be Richard. I look back and OML THANK YOU! Its only zabdiel.

"Oyeee panaaa que haces aqui?" He hugs me with a big smile on his face.
I say "estoy comprando cosas para el cumpleañero mañana. Pero no le digas nada."

Zabdiel says "ohhh ya veo, ok esta bien. Y tenga cuidao' que el esta por ahi" i laugh and say "si lo acabo de ver. Vine corriendo pa' ca' porque me dío stress jaja"

Zabdi laughs and says "eah pues ya tienes todo? Si quieres te ayudo traer las cosas hasta tu carro."

I kindly respond "hay si gracias" so i went to the checkout and paid everything. Zabdi says "hay que chulita esta aaliyah" i smile and say "sip ella esta bien cansadita dito'"

So then we got all the things in the car. "Adiossss los veo mañana" we hug and he went back to the store while i looked at ali thru my rear view mirror.

Aww she was so sleepy. 😴
