Standing There, Helpless

You slammed your tightly closed fists into the ground once again, letting out immense anger and frustration. How could this happen to me? I thought I was stronger than this... am I nothing without Sonic and the others beside me? Maybe, just maybe, I need to search for Sonic. Yes. 

You've always had this voice in your head when you would lose a battle or fight. It was taking over your wellbeing and health, it was destroying you. You couldn't do anything alone, that's why you signed up to help Knuckles and the others once your parents left you. You've always craved attention since you didn't get much of it from your Mum or Dad, that's probably why Sonic's name keeps ringing in your head all the time. 

You grab your wispon from the ground which was mildly damaged and headed to your house. Once you got there you spent over an hour or two upgrading your wispon to make it more powerful than ever, you test it on a test dummy and it blasted a hole through it, making its way through the wall behind it, making another hole in the wall too. "Whoops!" You say, laughing. You haven't laughed in a while, it made you feel good to curve your mouth upwards again. It's such a good feeling.

Once you finish handling the powerful weapon, you head outside, seeing the sunset. You then sigh, "...I remember when this was the last thing I saw when Sonic and I were together" You stare at the pink, blue and orange sky for a while, until you feel a tear run down your cheek. "No, no no no no... don't cry, don't cry." You try to calm down which only made things worse.

Sonic's POV

I was sitting down in my warm and cosy home, enjoying my freshly made chilli dog when I hear crying. I rush outside to see what was going on but I couldn't see anyone, I looked behind rocks, trees, bushes, everywhere! But no sign of anyone crying. I give up and go back inside, hoping the crying would stop and it did. "Yum," I take a big bite out of my chilli dog and looked out the window to see the sunset. I immediately remembered Y/N, gosh how much I miss her.
