Third Person's POV :
Many things has happened in just a month. The war between Rodrick and Kylie lasted for just 3 weeks. But after Kylie found out there was no footage of last July 16, 2014, the SSC Grand Rally, she wasn't able to suspect that Rodrick was the mastermind of her most embarassing moment and she was in complete sorrow because she didn't have justice for what was done to her.
Meanwhile, Rodrick and his goons (a.k.a. best friends) rejoiced their victory for they weren't suspected and they weren't expelled.
And since Rodrick got what he wanted( Revenge) , neither he noticed nor minded Kylie.
Also Kylie did the same, she never noticed or fought with Rodrick ever since that day.
Days have passed and it is already August 7, 2014.
But does this mean this is the end of the war?
