7 Years with You (A Fairy Tail Wendy x Fem Reader Fanfic)

Chapter 2 - Two Survivors

A blue haired girl and a h/c (your hair color) girl were floating on the water on a wooden plank next to each other

Two people on a small wooden boat, Meredy and Ultear, saw the two of them "What the?! Y/n?! Wendy?!"

Hours Later

Everyone at the guild was still partying, chatting and having lots of fun.

"So who do you think became an S-Class?" One member of Fairy Tail said

"Don't know, Natsu's gotten a lot stronger maybe he pulled it off this time" Another said

"What about Grey? This is his second year doing the exams, I think this gives him the advantage. Natsu is still way too hot headed and brash to win" Another one retorted

"What about the y/h (Your Height) girl, I don't know much about her but if the Master selected her, she must be strong."

"Speaking of all of them, shouldn't they all be back by now? Hey, Macao shouldn't they be back?"

The older man looked annoyed, he looked at the other member and shouted, "I don't know! I mean it's them, they're always getting into trouble"

"I guess so...it's really quiet without them though" As he finished the doors to the guild slammed open. Two figures stood, carrying two bodies. It was Meredy and Ultear.

The glow of the setting sun only left a silhouette of the two of them and the people they were carrying

They walked closer, everyone was dead silent but then Macao noticed who they were carrying, "N-No way! It's Y/n and Wendy!"

"They need medical attention now!" Meredy said

"W-We have a room uh in the back" Macao and another member took Wendy and Y/n back into the small medical room

"What the hell happened to them?!?" He yelled and had a worried look on his face "Where is everyone else?!"

Ultear after laying the two of them on the beds looked at the ground, "I'm sorry, I don't know...you'll have to answer that same thing to the two of them too..." She looked over at Meredy and they nodded and quickly left

"Macao! It's the magical council! They're here!" Wakaba shouted

"What?! Why are they here?" He quickly ran outside along with Wakaba and Kinana and they approached him

"Are you a representative of Fairy Tail?" They asked him

He looked around at everyone around and they all nodded "Uhh Yes"

They gave him a letter, sealed with the stamp of the Magic Council, "We're sorry, and wish you good fortune" They all left leaving the three of them standing there

"Well...shouldn't you open it?" Kinana said to them looking at the letter he was holding in his hand

He slowly opened the letter, "T-That can't be true....Tenrou...was destroyed?!" He was shaking barely able to stand

Days Later

Y/n stirred in her sleep and muttered, "I..can...do...it..save..save...them"

Laki watched her with a worried look her face, she thought "Is she...talking about everyone else? Does she..remember what happened?'

She began to talk again in her sleep "I love you...Wen-"

*gasp*

Y/n shot up from her sleep and was breathing heavily she quickly looked around and her breathing quickly slowed

'I'm in Fairy Tail..how did I get here? My head...it hurts so much' She put her hands up to her head

"Y/n...you're awake" She hugged the girl lightly

"I-I had to do something...b-but I can't remember" Y/n tried to get up but was much too weak

"Y/n, Y/n please rest...you still haven't regained enough strength. You're not injured..but all your magical power is completely drained...I don't know how but...it is" She pushed Y/n back onto the bed

Y/n looked around the room and saw Wendy and smiled a little, "Umm Laki-san, where is everyone else? Are they already all healed up?"

Laki looked away and looked at the ground trying to figure out a way to avoid the question, "Well...we wanted to ask you..what happened, after all, you were on the Island when it all happened"

"What happened?" Y/n asked tilting her head to the side "My head...hurts...I can't remember much and my head is fuzzy...I remember..being on the Island, and competing...then Raven Tail attacked and we won...and...and...I can't remember" Y/n began to hold her head in pain

"Hey, Hey it's okay..I don-" Laki began

"The Dragon!" Y/n shouted

"A Dragon?" Laki asked

Y/n nodded, "W-We were fighting a Dragon...and Master tried to stop it, and we helped him...and we couldn't do anything" Y/n put her arms to her head again

"Please, relax Y/n. Don't think about it anymore. It's okay. I need to meet with the rest of the guild" Laki put Y/n under the blanket, got up and left the room closing the door softly

Y/n looked over at her best friend, Wendy. "Wendy...." she muttered quietly and used all of her energy to stand and slowly walked towards her bed

Y/n was glad that someone else from Tenrou was her, especially her best friend but she still wondered where everyone else was. She then slowly gave her a small kiss on her cheek.

Y/n whispered into her ear, "I Love You, Wendy." Wendy slightly stirred in her sleep.

She slowly got up and opened the door, using the wall as a support , and slowly walked around the corner to see everyone had shocked and sad looks on their faces. It was scary quiet, as if everyone had just seen a ghost

"They all can't be gone right? I mean Y/n and Wendy are still here! That means everyone else could've survived too!" A member shouted a Macao

"The magic council said they searched and used magic sensors and there was nothing left at all, not a trace of the island, or anyone other than those two" Macao responded

Y/n then fell near them, falling on her hands and knees, not able to stand on her own legs, she was still not rested, "W-What are you guys talking about?" She asked, but she knew what they were talking about, she just didn't want to accept it

"Y/n! You should be resting, we can talk about it later" Laki ran over and helped her off the ground

"Umm where is everyone guys?" Y/n asked while being helped up

"Just rest Y/n please, we can talk about it later" Macao said

"Y-You all.... your lying to me!" Y/n said "T-They're all gone aren't they..." She began to cry and she stopped fighting back and fell to the ground, "I should've died...all of them are stronger and better than me anyway..." Y/n finished and Laki put her back in bed.

"I'll..leave you alone Y/n...I know you need time to..think about this. But please, your a member of Fairy Tail too. You're just as important as any of us..or them" She smiled slightly, then began to walk out the door

"Laki-san?" She hummed and turned around "Thank you..." She smiled and nodded, closing the door. Leaving Y/n along with a sleeping Wendy

"Y/n? What are we doing here?" The gentle voice said as the blue haired girl slowly began to wake up
