An alternate universe; Omegaverse. Where people have a second gender; Alpha, omega, beta.

Alphas: they are the highest in the hierarchy, 5% of the population. They are charismatic and superior. rule the world mostly.

Omega: lowest in the hierarchy, 4% of the population, and they were looked down upon by society as inferior.
An omega male also gets pregnant only by an alpha male.

Beta: second hierarchically, 90% of the population. They are average.

Heat: when an omega gets into heat, he is in the highest state of sexual arousal, and his scent, in heat, attracts alphas around him.
