The Pub

I saw Robb sat on the wall, sharpening his sword.

"Snow, come sit with me" he smiled. I jumped onto the wall and looked at the courtyard.

"Let's go see the villages near by" I couldn't be bothered to just sit there and watch people working with a miserable face.

"Alright" Robb jumped down and threw his sword on the hay bails. We walked to the stables and leaped onto are horses. We galloped to the nearest village and slowly walked through.

"I'm leaving Robb" I blurted out as we tied are horses up. He kept petting his horse and didn't even turn round.

"Where are you going"

"The wall"

"The wall, why would you wanna go to that place. It's full of cut throats and rapists. And your for from that Jon" he laughed.

"I'm a bastard Robb, I don't get anything. This will be the best thing that ever happens to me, I'll come visit all the time with uncle Benjen"

"Yeah, you better" he said and pushed me. We walked through the village, I knew Robb was only looking for pretty girls, that's we he would come with me. I didn't go looking for pretty high born girls because why would they want to be with a bastard, their was no point trying. So I would just smile at everyone. We came to pub which was packed with people.

"Come on Jon, let's go in"

"Do we have too, you'll never come out again"

"Come on, just for abit"

"Fine" I sighed. Me and Robb wandered into the pub and everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at Robb, he smiled and sat down at a table where five pretty lady's sat.

"Good evening ladies" The girls giggled to each other.

"Good evening my lord" They all said at the same time. I looked at one girl who sat on the end looking out the window. I perched on the end of the table and looked at the girl, she finally turned round and it was Eve.

"Eve!" I shouted. Robb looked at me bewildered and laughed.

"Hi Jon" she answered wearily.

"I haven't seen you in a while, what are you doing here" I asked while I moved opposite her.

"I came with my friends, they are the rest of the maids at Winterfell"

"Where's Shadow?"

"She never came back when I let her run off alone"

"Oh, shall we go find her"

"What! You'll help me find her"

"Course, let's go" We both stood up and headed for the door, I patted Robb on the back while he flirted with the girls and told him where I was going. He nodded and smiled at me.

Me and Eve walked into the woods of the near by town in search of Shadow. It was getting dark and it was becoming colder. I could see her shivering while she shouted for Shadow.

"Hear, have my cloak" I pulled my cloak off my back and swung it round Eve.

"Thanks" she smiled.

"We'll find her soon" I reassured her.

"I think she's gone Jon, it's already night and we have been shouting her for hours" I looked at her and she began to cry.

"Don't cry" I pulled her close and hugged her.

"Why would she leave me, Shadow has been with me since a cub"

"Maybe she's lost, the north is a big place" She looked up and smiled at me.

"Maybe she is" She whispered while she hugged me tightly.
