The weeks past and that was when I finally saw them. The Lannister banners. As they headed into castle black I skimmed the faces trying to look for her. That's when I saw Eve. Her hair was blowing in the wind and her smile was bright and filled with happiness. Her cousin Tyrion was the dwarf of the Lannisters and he seems nice. I watched her leap down from her horse. She had grown taller and now she was wearing fine clothes like a proper lady. Her horse was white and her saddle was gold. Like her dress.
"My lady Eve" The Lord commander said. "Welcome to castle black" She smiled at him and bowed her head.
"Ahhh, you must be Mormont. I see you have met my beautiful cousin. May I see on top of the wall." The dwarf said.
"Of course my lord" He replied. I could tell he didn't like calling a dwarf this.
"Eve, would you like to see it as well" Tyrion asked her.
"Maybe later cousin, I would like to be shown to my room" This was the first time I had ever heard her talk like that.
"Okay, Mormont will you get some nice person to take her to her rooms" He nodded at Tyrions question and looked at everyone. Then he looked at me who was hiding behind a stack of wood.
"Snow, come here" My eyes lit up and I walked forward. I saw eves quick smirk at me then she looked at Tyrion.
"Yes lord commander"
"Take lady Eve to her rooms, you're the only one I can trust" he laughed. I nodded then grabbed her bags. She followed me then when I entered her rooms I dropped her bags and then she was in my arms. The smell of her beautiful hair hit me in the face.
"Jon, you wouldn't believe how much I have missed you" She whispered. "But there is something I need to tell you" She let go from my grasp and pulled away. She sat on the bed and looked at the floor. "I'm getting married" The word married hit me like a ton of bricks falling from the top of the wall.
"But you wrote to me" Was all I could say.
"That was before, my uncle arranged it. I had no part in it." She went to grab my hand but I moved away.
"Who to?"
"Loras Tyrell" I knew the name, but wasn't he too high born for her. She was only a cousin to the Lannisters. "He asked to marry me. I don't want to marry him Jon, you know that"
"It's just like you said In the letter, we knew each other for two weeks so why should we even be talking to each other. Anyway nothing happened between us" I said then walked out.
