Chapter Eleven Explanation Part Two

When karai kicked toward the wall. Stole my viles, and the love of my life. It had never occurred to me that she could only be doing one thing. Luring me into a trap. But I had no choice. Once again, I had rescue April. Get the viles. And face whatever I came in contact with. When i crashed against the wall. It cracked. Not only did the wall crack. But something inside of me sparked. Something I couldn't control. Something deadly. It wasn't the virus. It was my heart. My mind. My soul. Love turning into hatred. It blackened as dark as night. It would turn me into a monster. But right now, that was the least of my problems. I had to find karai. I had to rescue April. I had to get the viles back. Or not only would I become a monster. But the whole entire world. Would be gone.

The hatred fueled me to run faster. My heart beat was stronger. I felt like I could do anything. And I didn't know why. But I just ran. Ran and ran and ran. I had a mission. I couldn't waste time. What was wrong with me?! But finally I stopped. At an old abandoned junk yard. It might have been a stupid thing to do but I wasn't thinking. Anger fueled my heart now. I yelled, "karai! Show yourself!" Funny thing was. She did. My eyes narrowed at her in disgust. I started to run at her but she shook her finger at me. Then I saw why. My brothers stood idly behind her. Standing like statues. Waiting for her orders. I stopped immediately and fell to the ground. She said, "Leo, raph. Throw him in the cage." My eyes widened. For they obeyed her. Were they hypnotized? Was this a whole different concept that I had missed before? They threw me in the cage like a piece if garbage. Like I was nothing to them. I ran at the bars. Grasped my hands tightly around them. "Karai! What's wrong with my brothers!" She laughed and said haven't you figured it out yet?" I stood there silently. Waiting for a reply. She said. "Stupid turtle! I was the one who mutated your brothers! I captured them when you helped that girl escape from me! Speaking of which." She threw April at my feet. She was bruised, cut, and bleeding. Her arms were tied around her back and her legs tied to her stomach. She couldn't move. She stared at me, crying.

This only angered me more. I gripped the bars harder. I pointed at karai and said. "Why did you do this! You mutated my brothers! You hurt my girlfriend! For what reason?!" She looked down and said the most horrifying thing I had ever heard in all of my years. "Your master made a fool out of my father! I saw you there. Watching every second of it! If you really loved that disgusting rat! You would've saved him! But you just watched him perish. Like the lowly turtle you are. Your going to receive all the pain you deserve." I stumbled backwards. She was right. I could've saved master splinter. But I was afraid. Afraid I might fail him. And because of me. He was dead. "Also one last thing turtle, before I innialate you." I stared at her, for what seemed like the longest time. I looked at April and whispered, "I'm sorry." I was getting ready to fight. I only had a few hours left before the virus completely took over. But before I could even move a muscle. Karai said, " the chemical I used on your brothers is called kerozine. I found it one night. I tested it on several foot soldiers. But they all ended up dead. After I captured your brothers. I chained them in a glass room I found in a holding cell chamber. I injected each one with a small amount of it. I thought they were going to kill me. They mutated in a way that I didn't even believe. There finger turned into claws. There eyes slowly rolled back into their head. Causing them to turn black. All of the sudden change caused their bodies to bleed. And eventually turn black. That's why they look like this now." She stood back. And told my brothers to do as pleased now. For there services were no longer needed here. There minds were freed. They were no longer her personal servants. But before they left. Raph carried off April. But forgot to take the viles. This was both good and bad. I needed the viles and April. They all laughed as they left. Then karai opened the cage and said, "okay, silver spirit. Let's see how well I can make you beg for death."
