After class I just got up and left. I walked into my second period and luckily I wasn't being stared at.
I felt my phone go off half way through the period and it was a text from Alyssa.
Alyssa❤: people have been staring at me all morning :(
Me: same no one has a life anymore I guess.
Alyssa❤: well you wanna eat together in the choir room again?
Me: yep sounds great, I'll see you there.
Alyssa❤: okay
I feel really bad for Alyssa because I dragged her into my mess without knowing my life was a mess yet. Getting stared at for hanging out with the wrong person is not great.

*Lunch*
"Hey" I said sitting next to Alyssa.
"Hey!" She smiled.
"Wow you're in a good mood"
"Well I'm just happy I get to see you" she said.
"Same" I sighed.
"Oh who did you get partnered with for the semester project?!" She asked.
"Daniel Watts" I groaned.
"That hot guy who likes you?" She asked like it was obvious.
"Daniel and I do not like each other! He's a spawn of SATAN!" I said yelling a little.
"Okay chill girl I was just asking. He seems like he likes you though and what's not to like?" She questioned.
"You're so funny!" I said sarcastically.
"Okay don't believe me but if he does happen to like you I get... Hmmm" She said thinking.
"What do you mean? Is this a bet!?" I asked.
"Yes and when I win I wan-"
"When?" I interrupted.
"Yes 'when' she repeated. I want you to bring me coffee for the whole week" She decided.
"Well when I win, I want you to bring me ice cream for the whole week" I smiled satisfied with my choice.
"Deal" She said shaking my hand.

*After School*
I waved bye to Alyssa and saw Riley watching me from down the hallway. I'm not gonna feel bad for Riley because she's the one who 'needs Ben'.
I walked past her not paying any attention towards her to my car. I looked back and saw her walking towards me.
So I turned around to get in my car quickly and looked over and saw Riley's car. Oh.
I started my car and looked over and she was staring at me. I rolled my eyes and drove away.

"Mom I'm home" I yelled walking through the door to my room.
"Okay sweetheart!" She yelled back.
When I entered my room I immediately flopped onto my bed and closed my eyes.
*buzz* *buzz* I sighed and grabbed my phone to see that it's from an unknown number.
Unknown: Hey princess ;)
Me: who is this?
Unknown: awe you don't remember me! I'm hurt!
Me: nope.
Unknown: Daniel
Me: why do you have my number and who gave you it?!
Daniel: for our project and it's none of your concern princess.
Me: it is my concern and STOP CALLING ME PRINCESS!
Daniel: whyyyy I think it suits you.
Me: you know what suits me? My name dumbass that's why people call me Makenna.
Daniel: rawr fiesty! I like it.
I'm just gonna leave him on read. I don't want to deal with his bullshit because I wanna sleepppppp.
I heard my phone go off again but instead I let sleep take me in.
"Makenna honey dinners ready!" I heard my mom yell. I groaned and got up.
What time is it? I grabbed my phone to see a few more messages from Daniel.
Daniel: awe don't leave me on read!
Daniel: come back princess!
Daniel: I'll spam you until you answer me.
Daniel: okay seriously though where should we start meeting up for this project?
I sighed and couldn't think about it right now so I went downstairs to eat.
"Hey honey" My mother said.
"Hi mom"
"Have you talked to your father recently?" She asked.
"No"
"Well he said he wants to talk to you soon"
"Ok" I sighed sitting down.
"How was school?" She asked.
"Mom I just woke up, can you please not ask me a ton of questions right now?" I asked.
"Okay" She smiled. Well I gotta leave so hugs?" She asked getting up.
"Yup" I said hugging her.
"Don't stay up to late" She said walking towards the door.
"Okay. Have a good night" I waved.
After I ate I went back upstairs to my room.
Daniel: okay seriously though where should we start meeting up for this project?
Me: you could come to my house after 6.
Daniel: finally! I thought you were dead.
Me: or we could go to the library.
Daniel: your house works ;)
Me: eww what's with the winky face!?
Daniel: sweetdreams princess.
I rolled my eyes and put my phone back on the charger.
