Amy's Pov

"I'm so excited! I can't believe we get to go!" I was jumping up and down in the hotel.

Mark wrapped his arms around me pulling me close to him.

"A big thanks to Ethan for letting us take a half day yesterday so we can travel. See, he is coming around to the idea of us." He kissed my cheek.

"He knows that soon we will not be his problem."

"Maybe."

We both laughed.

"Even with you looking super adorable in my shirt, are you sure you wanna wear it?"

I looked down at his band Tee tucked into some short shorts.

"Yep! I'm gonna put a light jacket on to pull the look together." I smiled up at him.

"I don't know how you can make the outfit look any more adorable. But knowing you, you will somehow find a way." He turned me around facing him then pulled me in for a kiss.

"Am I okay to wear this? I mean your in a tux!"

"You already got into this school, I, on the other hand, have not. So I need to make a wonderful first impression."

"Oh, please! How could someone not like you?"

"Some people do, but, we need to get going or we will be late."

I nodded my head as he let me go, he grabbed the hotel key putting it in his wallet. I grabbed my putting mine in my purse.

"Can someone come in here while we are gone?" I asked looking around.

"Only if they have  a key, but if we put the do not disturb sign on the door they will leave us be."

"That works?"

"It better, or they will have to deal with me."

He put the do not disturb sign on the door as we headed out. He helped me into the car.

"Do you think anyone noticed us not being there last period yesterday?" I asked as he pulled out of the parking lot.

"Tyler covered me being gone by saying that I went to a meeting for him, and then he told them that you were working on your Art piece and that it was already approved for you to miss my class. Ethan will believe anything Tyler says."

"Good to know."

"Are you excited to see your new school?"

"I am! I can't wait to get officially away from mom. There is no way she can get here."

"Speaking of her, how is your family talking the news of your mom?"

"Mom is still trying to flip the script, I don't know what is gonna happen to be honest. I'm just hoping they all will leave me alone. Expect Cody, he is the only one who believed me."

"We can figure out what to do after college, maybe move a few states away and start over."

"I like that."

It didn't take long for us to get to the school. Mark helped me out of the car then we walked to the front desk.

"Hello, my name is Mark, I have an appointment with Mrs. Dana Wilbert," Mark said to the lady playing on her phone.

"One second."

She put her phone down then pressed a few buttons on her computer.

"She will be down, have a seat."
