Hey guys, so I don't drag the story out I am skipping a bit. the month of May has been skipped and the story now takes place in June :D

Mark's pov

"How did I know your gonna want to be there," Ethan said.

"I am at every prom, what are you talking about?" I took a sip of my pop.

"Ethan, drop it," Tyler said.

I glanced over at Amy, she was curled up on the couch playing a game on her phone.

"You know the rules," Ethan said.

"I will be with you and Tyler like I always am."

"Didn't we have this talk already? Just leave them alone they are not hurting anyone." Tyler said. "Look at them, they are not even sitting next to each other right now. If we didn't know Mark as well as we did, we would have never known anything."

"You guys know that I am right here right? I can hear everything you are saying." Amy said without looking up from her phone. "Don't I get a say in this?"

"Your say is your actions," Ethan said.

"I haven't done anything wrong to Mark, so I think my actions are good."

"Not all of them."

"Ethan, enough," I said flipping through the channels.

"You are going to pick her over your best friend." He looked at me.

"You mean the same best friend who picked his job over me." I glared at him, "Ethan, I know your scared shit less of losing your job, I have already lost mine. And that is your doing on that, the only other person who found out is someone who is doing the same thing! Wait, are you letting Jane be there?"

He took a long gulp of his drink.

"You need to be up her ass like you are mine, this is bull shit."

"I already told you, I don't care about her life."

"I have a way to end this whole fight." Amy stood up then left the room.

"Where is she going?" Ethan asked.

"If she is doing what I think she is, Ethan I am beating your ass." I got up and followed her.

When I got to her room I heard her crying on the other side of the door.

"It's just me, can I come in?" I asked.

The crying stopped.

"Amy, please."

The door opened a little, I slowly opened the door and came face to face with Amy starting to hyperventilate.

"Hey, honey, please calm down it's okay." I wrapped my arms around her.

"I ruined....... everything."

"No, you did not.

"You lost your.........job......because of ME, you and your best....... friend are fighting......because of ME."

I held her tighter in my arms slowly rocking side to side.

"None of that is your fault, please breathe. Take nice deep breaths for me."

She buried her face into my chest.

"Everything is okay, none of this is your fault." I kissed the top of her head as I played with her hair.
