I complain about my problems and tell you all things i'd be embarrassed to post on my instagram...
so every christmas, my family (me, my mom, my dad, and my older brother) drive from arizona to newton kansas, and lawson missouri. those towns are so small and like have such a small population.
so we are going in the summer (right now) to visit my dads mom and stepdad in kansas, and then visit my moms parents in missouri because its their 60th anniversary and they are having a big celebration (AND I HAVE TO WEAR A DRESS AND IM P I S S E D)
so yesterday we stopped at the petrified forest national park and got to see the petrified wood and it was pretty neat. but after a while we were like "okay the logs kinda stopped and now its just... grass. and my brother and i were like "does this really qualify as a national park? theyre kinda milking it." but it was really pretty. look!

so it was pretty cool!
sometimes my brother goes out into the desert to look for snakes (sometimes he takes me and we go and pick up snakes for fun) and we were driving on this one road yesterday and he goes "oh theres a shack on the side of the road with all this wood" and so the four of us were looking for the shack and we saw it and cheered. also my dad called the shack "shaquille o'neal"
so then i told the story of how sam, ro, and i were playing cards against humanity and sam pronounced "shaquille" as "shuh-kwil" instead of "shuh-keel"
so sam if youre reading this, every time we see a shack on the road we all make fun of you and call it "shuh-kwil". oops.
