Chapter 10
My Will
A loud pang welcomed Jennie on her cheeks as she watches Lisa being cardiac massage again by her father for a couple of minutes already
“Are you out of your mind?! You knew how bad Lisa’s condition is! Oh my god!” Lisa’s mom cried out
Jennie didn’t mind the pain on her cheek and Lisa’s parents cries
She was left dumfounded outside of Lisa’s room
She can’t think straight
She can’t move
Her eyes can’t take off the sight of her loved one lying again on her bed, with her father tempting to save her again
But she already knew this time that Lisa might not be able to survive again when her father stopped on what he’s doing and hearing that continuous long beep sound echoing in the place
“Time of death, 6:45 pm. I am so sorry for your loss” her father bowed ninety degrees in front of the crying parents of Lisa
Jennie once again takes a look at her girlfriend lying peacefully in her bed before she runs in pain towards the rooftop of the hospital
A tear won’t escape her eyes
She still can’t believe Lisa is already gone
That she truly left her behind
She leaned on the railing as she looked up to the sky above her
Wishing that the god of the four leaf clover will make a miracle again and bring Lisa back in her life
“Oh my god..this is not real, this is not. Please bring her back I am begging you!” she let out a deep breath as she held her chest in pain
“Oh my god no Lisa, you didn’t leave me! You didn’t!” she cried loud and bangs the railing with her hands
Tears are now flowing excruciatingly from both of her eyes, she whimpers and falls on the ground. At the same time a cold wind passes by and the paper Lisa gave her fall down from her pocket
Jennie with her shaking hands weakly grabs it and slowly opens the folded old paper that reads “My will”
She burst again into tears when she read the letters Lisa wrote and the attached four leaf clover they found out when they are still a kid
“To everyone I loved, please be happy without me”
