Going home

3rd Person's POV

As dawn came the lovebirds were sleeping in the white hospital room. Nate was the first to wake up at 7:45 am. Matt woke up at 8:45 am his voice was more stronger then last time so they held a conversation until the doctor came. Nate also helped him sit up better. "The others told me about your overdose back in middle school." Nate said Matt looked down in shame. "I'm glad I failed." Matt said looking at Nate "If I didn't I wouldn't have met you." He smiled at Nate they both hugged "So what do you want to do after we get out of here?" Nate asked "Take a stroll down a walk path just you and me maybe spend the weekend the same way." Matt suggested "We could make that work tell the others. They'll understand." Nate said "You're still a little bit pale maybe sunlight will help." He added. The doctor walked in

"Ah Mr. Patrick I see that your are awake. I'm just going to do a checkup and then you will be discharged later today." She said as he gave Matt a checkup. "You seem in perfect health just a bit pale but sunlight can fix that. You can leave after lunch. I suggest your friend here to get you clothes from home because yours are bloody." She said as she walked out the room. "Jack has a spare key to my house." Matt said "I'll call him." Nate said as he dialed Jack. After the call Nate turned to Matt. "Jack said that he and the others are coming in a few minutes. They're at Shane's house." Nate said "Why are they at Shane's house?" Matt asked "Their parents found that they skipped school for you and since the parents all know Shane's older brother for some reason they all thought it was a suitable punishment for them to take care of the twins for the weekend." Nate answered "Remind me to apologize to them." Matt said smacking his hand on his face. "Don't I heard Mark in the back ground saying that they would do it again in a heartbeat." Nate said rubbing Matt's back. They both talked again, around 9:50 the nurse came to bring Matt's breakfast which he shared with Nate.

At 10 o'clock there was a knock at the door. "Come in." Matt called out the door opened Jack and the others came in followed by the twins. Jack, Mark, Stephanie, Felix, Shane, and Riley had bags under their eyes. Andy and Skylar had backpacks with leashes attached at the bottom. Andy's was green with small dinosaurs on in while Skylar's was pink with small unicorns on it Shane held Skylar's leash while Riley held Andy's. Stephanie, Shane, and Riley had their school backpacks but instead of books and homework it was filled with extra clothes, bottles, water, snacks, and plushies for the twins. Well each backpack carries one of the things. Stephanie's carried the food/water, Shane's carried the clothes and Riley's carried the bottles and the plushies, Jack also had a plastic bag with him that was filled with Matt's clothes. "I'm never having kids." Mark said as he sat down next to Nate. "I'm scared of going to the bathroom" Felix said leaning on the back wall. "What happened to you guys?" Matt asked "The twins." Riley said as she sat down on a chair.

"Uncle Jack is Uncle Matt gonna be okay." Andy asked "Uncle?!?" Matt looked at Mark questionably. "They do that sometimes when they see someone that we interact with a lot the twins add them to the family." Shane said "But we've only been to your place one time." Nate said "I know it's just they ask me a lot about you guys after that. So I guess about hearing me talk about you guys they added you to the family." Shane said. "So is uncle Matt gonna be okay?" Skylar repeated Andy's question. They all looked at Matt and Nate. "The doctor said that he's fine just a little pale. Nothing some sunlight can't fix." Nate answered. Skylar and Andy tried to take off their backpacks Stephanie and Felix took notice of this. "Hey what are you bros doing?" Felix asked "We made uncle Matt something it's in our backpacks." Andy said with Skylar nodding. Shane and Riley took off their backpacks the twins opened it up Skylar pulled out a colored coffee can with colored blank disks hanging on strings Andy pulled out a homemade get well card. Both of them ran up to Matt's bed side and handed him the gifts. "We made them together." Skylar said "For you." Andy added "For me?" Matt asked the twins nodded. Tears started to well up in Matt's eyes "Don't cry we made the gifts so you can be happy even if your alone." Andy said Matt wiped his eyes "I'm not crying out of sadness I'm crying out of happiness. Thank you." Matt said as he took the gifts he opened the card it said 'Get well soon so we can all play together.' There was a picture of everyone under holding hands. It wasn't drawn well but hey they're only 3 years old. They all talked and laughed till it was lunch time. The nurse walked in with Matt's lunch Stephanie pulled out two sandwiches and handed them to the twins so they wouldn't beg Matt for some food. "Aren't you guys gonna eat?" Nate asked "Yeah we just wanna make sure the twins eat first cause they have to take their bottles back home." Jack said. "Here." Stephanie tossed a sandwich at Jack who caught it "Thanks." Jack said, Stephanie tossed everyone a sandwich. They all ate in peace it was nice the twins asked for their plushies which Riley gave them, they played on the floor after throwing away their trash. The same nurse came back.

"Hello again Mr. Patrick I'm just here to take out the IV and make sure you are well to leave." He said as he took out the IV and gave Matt one last checkup. After Matt went to the bathroom, with the plastic bag, to change out of the hospital gown. He walked out wearing a FNAF shirt, blue jeans and dark blue shoes. They all walked out of the hospital. "So what are you guys gonna do?" Nate asked them "We gotta take the twins home it's almost time for their bottle." Riley said "What about you guys?" Jack asked "We were going to take a stroll down a pathway, and spend the weekend just the two of us. I hope you don't mind." Matt said taking Nate's hand into his own. "It's okay either way we have to stay at my house since we skipped school yesterday, if you want my door is always open for you guys to hangout." Shane said. After talking a little bit more Nate and Matt walked to the park with the others walked to Shane's house.

At Shane's house
The twins started running to the living room. "Okay who's turn is it to get the bottles?" Mark asked. Felix pulled out a list from his pocket "It says here that it's you and Jack's turn." Felix answered "Also it's Stephanie and I's turn to change the twins. Shane and Riley you guys are left with clean up." Everyone went to go do the chores as listed. Shane picked up Skylar's toys while Riley did the same with Andy's toys. Mark and Jack were in the kitchen Mark washed the bottles while Jack filled them up. "Hey which Cap did Shane said?" Jack asked "The red one." Mark answered "Thanks." Jack pulled out the milk jug and filled the bottles to the top. Everyone downstairs were having an easy time but can't say the same for Stephanie and Felix. Skylar was running around her room with her shirt off and Stephanie chasing her. Andy was running around his room with his pants off and Felix was chasing him. "Skylar please put your shirt on." Steph begged "I'm not tired." Skylar responded she then sneezed "Bless you." Steph said "Andy stop running your going to hurt yourself bro." Felix said with Andy running in front of him. "No!" Andy yelled he then coughed. "You guys are gonna catch a cold running around the house without your clothes. I don't think your mom would like it." Stephanie said acting motherly both twins looked down in shame. They both handed their clothing to their respected person who was gonna change them. "Arms up." Stephanie said Skylar complied and soon she had her purple bunny shirt on. "Hands on my shoulders." Felix said Andy as well complied and soon he had his blue race cars pants on. They both made grabby motions towards the teens they both picked up the twins and carried them down. Xander and Spencer were playing around with Phoenix flying around. "Xander, Spencer outside lets go," Shane said shooing then to the backyard "You can come back when the twins are asleep. Phoenix in your cage as well." Phoenix flew into his cage. "I got the bottles." Jack said walking in the living room in his right had was a green bottle for Skylar with an elephant design, in his left was a red with a lion design for Andy. They all sat on the couch in front of the Tv. Andy was sitting in Riley's lap and Skylar was sitting in Jack's lap "Can we watch Cars?" Andy asked "Which one the first, second, or third?" Riley asked "The first." Skylar said Shane walked up to the DVD box and pulled out the Cars collection she took out the dvd and inserted the disk in the DVD player. They spent the rest of the day watch Cars 1, 2, and 3. During Cars 2 the twins were asleep and Shane let Xander and Spencer come back inside, during Cars 3 they all fell asleep, when Shane's siblings came home they saw the group on the couch. Shane's older sister and brother took the twins to their respective rooms. The older brother was 5'8, wearing a police uniform, his short hair was dark brown his name was Daniel. The older sister was 5'4 and wore a uniform from a pet shelter her name was Alex. They both came back downstairs with blankets and covered each of them with one. "They still have a day left." Daniel said "I might have them babysit more often." Alex said. "Wait did Shane take off her contacts?" Daniel asked "I'll set an appointment tomorrow in case she suffers an overwear." Alex answered. Daniel turned off the lights, and went upstairs to sleep Alex followed after she turned off the tv.
