Welcome to the world after the Failure, a worldwide blackout that plunged the earth into chaos. Wars, and famine broke out, it was a disaster beyond comprehension.
But that was years ago and now to ensure nothing like the Failure would ever ensue again, the world was broken up into six major cities, one on each continent. In each city are the Levels, ranging from One to Fourteen.
