I accidentally deleted my Calum fanfic *cries*.
Calum: Calum Thomas Hood is nothing but bad news. He's tall, smart, strong, and popular. Over all, he's very intimidating. Every girl in the school wants to be noticed by Cal, everyone but you. To be honest, you only hope that you can get away from him. Unfortunately, that's never going to happen. You live only a few doors down from him, your mums are always having each other over for dinner. You dads watch the football games together. Everyone in school wants to be in your shoes but you don't understand why.
You and Calum couldn't be more different if you tired. You had only a couple friends, where as Calum was friends with everyone and had hundreds of them. You like to be alone and read a book every now and again, where as Calum wanted to be moving around and talking to everyone about anything that came to his mind. You were so horribly uncoordinated, you could barley walk down stairs with out tripping and breaking your fucking neck. And then you have Calum, all he does is play sports and stuff that would one day, get him killed.
Like I said before, your parents were always having each other over for dinner, and today happened to be one of those days. Calum was coming over with his mum. The only thing that you were looking forward to was seeing his older sister. But that's when you remembered that she was now in university. It made you sick to thibk about the fact that you were going to have to spend an entire evening alone with him. Obviously you were going to have your mum and Joy there but that didnt mean that you were going to be connected to them by the hip. Calum was going to get you alobe soon enough, and then make fun of you till you wanted to stab him in the eyes.
When you and Calum were younger, you were the best of friends. You guys were so different, but as they say, opposites attract right. But the older you became, the more you're relationship began to disappear. You used to have sleep overs and watch movies together. When high school happened, everything fell apart. Calum's social status got higher and higher when he became the captain of the schools footie team. Then yours dropped when you became the smartest girl in the school, then had to wear glasses. Calum never told you the reason that he randomly stopped talking to you. He just one day came up to you, hit your books out of your hands, then got high fives as all his friend walked by laughing at the shocked expression on your face.
You didn't like to think about the high ass hole Calum became cause deep down, you knew that he was a sweet guy that actually gave a shit about your feelings. You knew Calum had a cuddley side you cause you experienced it once yourself. But he needed to hide any feeling he felt for you because he didn't want to destroy that amazing reputation that he created for himself.
"Honey, come down stairs please, Joy and Calum are here now".
"Coming mum".
Great, they were here now. Let the "fun" begin.
"Hello Joy, you look lovely tonight. Although you lol amazing every all the time" you sucked up to Mrs. Hood. You knew she loved it cause he was blushing and giggling like she was a kid again.
"Hello (YN), you look lovely as well. I am going to be in the kitchen with your mother. You and Calum, just do whatever you do".
She walked into the kitchen and started to gossip with your mum. You looked at Calum and began to walk back up to your room. Then you heard Calum clear his throat and you looked back with a raised eyebrow.
"You're just gonna leave me alone with them".
"Actually yes, goodbye Cal".
You once again tried to make your way upstairs. You didn't want to talk to him and you thought that he would have picks up on that fact over the years. You have been ignoring him for a few years now. You guys were juniors.
