Did You Hear? I'm Back!

Chapter 7

Sigma's POV

"What?" I said stupidly.

"You have new pow-" I interrupted Chaos.

"No the other part!" I said.

"Oh well, you are destined to be with Lacy here. When you were sent to Earth something went wrong and you were tied to someone, and that person was Lacy. You are lucky that you got Lacy because you could have gotten anyone. Literally anyone." he shuddered.

I glanced at Lacy who was staring at me like her suspicions were correct.

Soooo...... I had to spend the rest of my life with her. That's sort of awkward.

She was still magically glued on my lap so it was even more awkward.

"Sooooo......" We said at the same time.

Oh good. It's not only me feeling awkward.

"Well, I guess that raps up the meeting! everyone dismissed!" bellowed Chaos as everyone shuffled out the door.

Lacy, Chaos, and I stayed behind.

"Well that was an exciting show!" squealed a bubbly Faith. We all jumped because she had just come out of the shadows.

"Oops. Sorry...." she smiled sheepishly.

Chaos waved dismissively,"It's ok Faith. We should be used to you by now. What we should really be talking about is them. I want them to go on a date but they would totally refuse so do you have any ideas?" he asked Faith, totally forgetting that we were here.

"You realize we can hear you right?" asked Lacy.

"Oh ya, ya." Chaos waved his hand without even looking towards us and kept thinking.

"Oh!! I got it! What about they - hold on. I can't tell you yet. They need to leave first." Faith giggled mischievously.

"Yes, yes. Good idea. Go to your rooms, we need to talk." Chaos agreed.

"Alright." I sighed.

After we tried to pry Lacy off me and didn't succeed I tried to stand up and that worked. She started to fall off but my reflexes were faster and she floated to the ground gently, almost like she was a feather.

"Thanks..." she muttered.

"Yep." I said half-heartedly. We both walked to our rooms and even though it was still early, I went to sleep in my new fluffy bed. It was quite comfortable and nice that I didn't have to keep one eye open for enemies.

I sighed. Finally my life was getting better.

*next morning, still Sigma's POV*

The next morning I awoke when I heard a gasp. My eyes shot open to see Lacy laying on my arm staring at me with surprise.

I sat up confused. What the heck! I'm in an all black room with all black curtains and all black carpet. literally the room was a black cube. The only thing that was a different color were us and the white door on the other side of the room. The only furniture was the bed and a mirror on the side.

"Where am I?" I wondered aloud.

"I have no idea." Lacy whispered.

She was in rose colored pajama bottoms with a black cami on top. I, on the other hand, had a gray t-shirt and basketball shorts on even though I had thought I was only wearing boxers when I went to bed. Hmmmmmmm....

I ran my fingers through my hair. This is not really that bad. We just have to go back to our rooms.

"Well ok then. Um bye." I said with a sheepish smile.

I got out of the bed and walked to the door. As I was about to reach for the handle a voice stopped me.

"I wouldn't do that Sigma! Bad consequences would come if you open that door. If you open the other door you can leave." said a figure in the mirror.

"There is no others door!" I said frustrated.

"Um... actually there is. Chaos has done this to many of his other ships so I know what we need to do." Lacy said confidently.

"Well then ok! Why didn't you say so before?" I asked turning towards her.

"I didn't say so before is because well.... we have to kiss and open the door of love." She answered, shyly.

"Plus we can't teleport out of here or make another door. It is literally power proof." Lacy added.

"Ugh, ugh, ugh." I half said half grunted.

Lacy did look sort of hot though, sitting there thinking.

Lacy's POV

Well I was fresh out of ideas. Although I must say, he looked pretty cute when he was frustrated. I wondered what he thought of me.

I caught him glancing over at me with a look of curiosity. I wonder what he is curious about. It wasn't me, was it?

"Um do kiss on the cheek or the other kind?" Sigma asked.

Awe! darn! I thought it would be me. Oh well.

"The other kind...." I muttered, loudly enough so he could hear me.

"Well then, how about be play ask the other a question and then, after they answer, answer the same one?" he asked absurdly.

"Alright, I guess." I sighed.

"You ask a question first." he's said.

"Ok. What is your favorite color?"

"Sea green. You?" Sigma asked.

"Pink, but my second favorite is sea green too!"

"Do you have any siblings?" he asked.

"Yes. I have Faith, who you saw yesterday, and a brother that is 16 and working in the city as an accountant. Oh and you don't need to answer that question. I know who your brothers a sisters are." I said quickly.

My brother was a touchy subject. He was not someone I would talk about at a holiday dinner.

"Sooo, did you ever go on an adventure or mission?" I asked, truly curious.

"Millions upon millions. I don't know how many. What about you?"

"Two....." I answered sheepishly.

3rd person POV

And so it went. Back and forth until they *%^}#%{. Sorry can't tell you! Save that for next chapter!
