It had been 2 weeks since the job opening was announced and I was still being bugged by my teammates to apply. I admit I thought about it, I love to get a sure extra basic and less everyday job. but if there is one thing I learned in BPO industry, it's that the one who really makes money are the agents. Except for the managers of course.
We have monthly bonuses if we hit the target, if we made sales, if surverys were good. Training team or Quality Analyst as far as I know, since I don't get to ask Tara about his finances, have fixed monthly income. No bonuses. The only thing I need to weigh is that what we, regular agents have are all "ifs" meaning situational depending on the scores. While if you get promoted that's a sure increase on your basic. But I believe that I can really hit the targets and earn bigger than those in the other departments.
