Yeehaw this is gonna flop XD

Dallas swung open the door to the Dingo, the nice thing about this diner is that it was open all night, Dallas normally came here when he was feeling dangerous or just needed someplace to relax for a while, they always had nice music playing and the food was pretty good.
It was a run down place and the people were rough but it was a nice hang out spot sometimes. Dallas sat down in a booth, rebelling against the fact that they're 'supposed' to be reserved for 'groups'. No one would be coming in this late to hang out as a group anyways.
It was 12:36, Dallas had run into some trouble with a few cowboys, they had a quick ho down and Dallas yee-hawed them good. Dallas kicked up his feet and lit his cigarette, he had taken a few punches and now has a few broken ribs but all in all he handed their asses to them. Dallas groaned as his ribs ached, footsteps slowly approached him and he looked up to see a smaller looking kid standing in front of him. "Er- you aren't s-supposed to smoke. I d-don't think"." He stammered,
Dallas smirked "I bet your right."
He said as he took a long Drag out of his cigarette. The boys eyes look wide and nervous, Dal had to wonder if it was his first time interacting with a customer. Dallas decided not to give him a hard time and put out his cigarette on his boot.
"How bout' you get me something to eat" He said
The waiter fumbled with his pen and paper and nodded waiting for further instructions.
"How about you get me some pancakes" he winked.
"O-of course" he nervously smiled at Dallas and he walked away.
Dallas shook his head in amusement and looked out the window. There wasn't much action going on around these parts, everyone's either sleeping or out partying.
A few minutes passed and the waiter came out with pancakes. He shakily placed them down in front of Dally
"I didn't ask what king of s-syrup you wanted.." he frowned.
"Just regular maple" Dallas started to dig into his food as the waiter handed him his syrup.
"Is that everything?" He whispered
Dal looked at the boy
"Yep" he said with mouth half full
He winked at the waiter and the small boy scurried away. Dallas didn't know if it was his tan skin and dark eyes or his nervous yet kind nature, but there was something about that kid that Dallas liked.
Dallas stretched and then regretted it instantly as he felt a piercing pain shoot up his side, he groaned and stood up, he tossed his napkin on his sticky syrupy plate and left a couple of coins on the table.
Before he stepped out the door he looked to the waiter and winked. The boy was talking to what Dallas assumed to be another worker, and he blushed. This made Dallas smirk.

Dallas returned to the diner the next afternoon. When Dallas walked in he was surprised to see the same waiter sitting on a stool at the lunch counter, he was even more surprised that he felt happy to see him.
When the bell chinned signalling Dallas's arrival the tan waiter spun around and scurried into the kitchen. Dallas sat down at the counter and rang the bell a few times, smirking.
The boy emerged from the kitchen and walked over to Dallas sheepishly.
"Erm hello" he smiled.
"Can I g-get you anything?" He bit his lip
"I mean what can I get you? Or uh What w-would you like today?" His face flushed and the boy looked ready to run away.
Dallas laughed at the kids nervous manner and smirked.
"Get me a coffee." He paused
"And throw in some toast and eggs. Haven't eaten since this morning" he winked
The boy nodded and walked off into the kitchen.
Dallas found it strange he was working today, he was here last night, awake until literal morning. He wondered if the boy had gone home that night and slept or if he just stuck around.
Not like he cared much anyways, but his interest did peak.
A few minutes passes and the boy came out with a coffee and food.
"Sorry... I forgot to give you your coffee before your food came.." he said softly and apologetically
Dallas looked at the boy and shook his head.
"S'okay kid don't worry bout it" Dallas took a sip from his coffee
The waiter nodded and was about to leave when Dallas stopped him.
"Hey, I'm not done, come sit down with me." He said
The waiter looked at him confused
"Come ere"
The boy leaned on the counter and looked at Dallas, Dallas returned the action and observed the young boys face. It was dark and smooth.
"So what's your name?" Dallas asked
The waiter looked a bit scared but answered,
"Johnny"
"How long you been working here?"
"A few days. I'm new and not too good at this." he sheepishly admitted
Dallas chuckled
"Your doing alright, no complaints here" he grinned
Johnny's face went red. Dallas noticed that under his dark eyes on his cheek was a scar.
"So Johnny. What's this all about" Dallas pointed to His cheek and raised an eyebrow.
Johnny touched his cheek shyly and looked away slightly.
"Oh.. I was jumped a while back and... uh a few guys with rings decided it'd be nice to leave this here." He removed his hand from his face and smiled awkwardly
"Bastards" Dallas shook his head
Johnny laughed a little bit
"Yeah."
