A Deal with My Frenemy

"Kim Dahyun!" Taehyung screamed in front of their gate when he found that the girl did not wait for him outside. But then, Dahyun's mom, Soo Ae, came to greet him. He smiled and bowed as he greeted her a good morning.

"What can I do for you Taehyung?" Soo Ae asked, smiling.

"I'm supposed to go to school with Dahyun to school."

"Ah! She already went. She told me to tell you that she needed to go earlier because she has something important to do."

I forgot about cleaning duties.

Taehyung nodded in reply and thanked the older female. He was about to go until he halted because of Soo Ae's voice, "Wait! Can you help me give something to Dahyun?"

She gave him a blue wallet as she told him, "She forgot this because she was in a hurry."

Taehyung beamed, "Sure, ommeoni. No problem."

Soo Ae returned his smile and bid him farewell. As he walked, Taehyung looked at the wallet in his hands.

It has always been blue.

He opened the wallet and his eyes widened at the sight of something unexpected. He mumbled, "I thought I lost this picture. But why the hell is this here?"

Realization hit him next and he smirked. He was whistling happily as he walked towards school.

"Yah! You forgot your wallet!" Taehyung said as he threw her wallet to Dahyun and she swiftly caught it. Since it was still early, it was only the two of them in the classroom.

"Thanks," Dahyun mumbled until she squinted her eyes as she became suspicious, "Did you look inside?"

Taehyung kept his composure as he put his hands on his pocket, "And why would I do that? I'm not in any way, interested in you."

"Maybe you were looking for something to black mail me or stuff," Dahyun replied.

They kept staring at each other, but Taehyung could not hold back his laughter any longer. He burst into a laughing mess and Dahyun started glaring at him.

"Yah!"

"Can't help it. I got curious."

Dahyun widened her eyes, "So, you really looked inside it?"

"And found that you are keeping a picture of Jimin and I, together. Yes," Taehyung grinned.

Dahyun's mouth gaped in disbelief.

Taehyung smirked in reply, "There's no way that you kept that because of me."

Dahyun furrowed her eyebrows, "What?"

He started to walk towards Dahyun until he was face-to-face with her. Then, he leaned in and said, "Do you like Jimin?"

Dahyun was not able to answer as her cheeks stared blushing.

"Oh!" Taehyung said, pointing to her face, "I'm right!"

She averted her gaze as she mumbled, "Whatever."

He smiled in satisfaction and walked past by Dahyun. He took the seat behind hers and laid his back on the chair. Dahyun shook her head a little and bit her lips before sitting on her own chair.

Taehyung smirked yet again before kicking her chair.

"What?!" Dahyun exclaimed as she turned to him.
