Chapter 3: Giant toads sure are a joke

Just a quick telling on the update schedule, right now I'm not getting much homework and with the summer holidays coming up I'll probably be able to upload a chapter everyday, anyway just wanted to put out an upload schedule so now, enjoy the chapter.

                                                                       

"I give Megumin, I give."

"So do you declare, that I, Megumin have won another challenge?"

"Yes Megumin, you won the challenge."

The table I had been redirected to after asking where Yunyun was, had 4 people at it: a teenager who had to be at least 3 years older than me with brown hair and a small,green cloak and a small sword, a tall adult with yellow armour and a very big sword, a mage, probably my age equipped with a staff  that almost towered over her due to her small size and a crimson robe and wizard hat and a girl that was about as tall as the boy with twin tails resting on her shoulders and a black dress with pink at the bottom.

It appeared the mage and twin tails were fighting.

"Hey, I'm looking for a Yunyun." I shout, holding up the party request note that was on the quest board.

"O-Oh that would be me." The girl with twin tails replied.

"Ooh who's this Yunyun, is this your boyfriend." Said the boy.

"hmm, unoriginal but still funny if your not on the recieving end...70 points."

"What do you mean unoriginal!" It seems my comment annoyed him.

"Anyway, I'm new to town and was thinking of joining a party while I level up." I answered

"Oh, well I would be happy to help you, I hope we can be f-f-f-friends."Yunyun stated happily, it seems she finds it hard to say friends.

"Cool, so do you know of any easy missions, cos I don't know the stats of like, any creatures here." I whisper into Yunyun's ear.

"Oh can i come with you, it would be my pleasure to protect a new adventurer like yourself from those savage monsters, I would hate if they were to claw *pleasure noise* you *pleasure noise*" The woman in yellow armour suddenly butted I...wait a minute...IS SHE INTO BEING HIT!

"Uh no it's fine, don't worry about us, I'm sure we'll be fine." I say, gently letting her off

"I'm sorry about my teammate, she's a masochist." Said the boy as he gave a hard stare at the adult, leading her to simply pant.

"A maso-what now?"

"It's someone who enjoys pain."

"Oh." Is all I let out as I learned that there were actually people who enjoy pain.

"Uh anyway, Yunyun we should pick a quest." I say walking off

"Um of course, coming." I hear her call as fast walks to catch up with me

                      *TRANSITION*

"Ah this is perfect for beginners." She says putting a piece of paper in my hand.

                     Kill 5 giant toads

                 Reward 300,000 eris

"Hm, ok sure, we'll do this one for now."

        *ON THE JOURNEY THERE*

I feel bad for asking Yunyun to let us walk there but I need to figure out how to active The World. Maybe if I just want to summon it, it will come out.The world come on out.
