Chapter Thirty One
The clock on the wall showed that it was already 7pm and I didn't move from my position for hours other than getting up to move closer to my charger just to charge my phone to prevent it from dying.
"So I taught them a lesson for talking shit about this one girl in my class," Chantal said as she was typing something on her computer.
"Let me guess, you dumped bucket full of cold water to then on lunch break?" I asked.
"Bingo," she said as I shook my head "But hey, You do know me that I love to be extra so instead of just normal cold water, there's also flour and eggs mix in it as well," she said with a grinned on her face.
"That's my girl," I said, giving her thumbs up showing that I'm proud with her.
"Gosh it would be fun if we do it together like old times," she said as she leaned her head on her hand for support.
"Yeah, that would be nice," I said with a sad smiled.
Back on the good old days,Chantal and I used to pull out pranks a lot that got us detentions.
"So how's your career anyways?" I asked her trying to lighten up the mood.
"It's better than before,I mean people starting to recognize me now." she said with a smiled.
"Well that's good to know." I said to her.
Just as she was about to say something, there's a knock on the door.
"Oh is it your prince charming waiting outside your door?" Chantal asked and wiggled her eyebrows.
"Will you just drop that topic already," I said with a little blushed appeared on my cheeks as I got up to open the door.
I didn't get the chance to see who it was because the person attacked me with a big hug that made me lost my balance and fell down with the person on top of me.
"Emmmmmaaaa!!" Eleanor whined on top of me
"Eleanorrrr!! What are you doing?" I asked her while laughing.
"I miss you!"
"But I saw you few hours ago..?" I laughed as I struggled to pick myself and Eleanor up who hanging on me like a baby koala.
"But hours feel like years!!" she whined.
"Cough Cough" I heard Chantal seeking for attention which made me chuckled and Eleanor left with a confused face.
"Mind introducing me?" Chantal asked as I pick up my phone from the bed.
"Chantal this is Eleanor Alexandra McGill.Eleanor this is-"
"OMG YOU'RE CHANTAL JEFFRIES!! I'M YOUR BIGGEST FAN!!" Eleanor screamed.
"I love you already," Chantal said with a big grin on her face.
"Nice to meet you in a video call," Chantal added with a winked.
Eleanor turned towards me and grabbed both of my shoulders and stared at me.
"Why didn't you tell me that you're friends with Chantal?!?!" she asked while shaking me.
"Y-you never ask..?" I said with a laughed.
"Don't mind her" I heard Chantal said.
"She don't even bother to tell that she's dating Alan Walker," she added.
"I know right! It's like she keeps a lot of secrets from us!" Eleanor said while looking at Chantal who nodded her head.
"Why are you guys attacking me??" I whined as I let myself drop on my soft bed.
"That's what friends do duuh" both of them said at the same time that gave me a bit goosebumps.
"I have a feeling that we're gonna be a great friend," Chantal said to Eleanor.
"Me too!"
"I can't believe with you guys," I laughed as two of them kept on talking to each other.
"Oh yeah I almost forgot, the two idiots were looking for you," Eleanor said.
"Is her future boyfriend misses her already?" Chantal asked and wiggled her eyebrows.
"He's not my boyfriend!Oh my God,"
"Future boyfriend," Eleanor corrected me.
I just let out a loud sighed. To tired to even argue with stubborn people like these two.
I let both of them have their own conversation as I walked myself to the bathroom.
I looked at my own reflection in the mirror.
He will not see me as the girl he dream of.
I pulled out my sleeves and saw the scars that I made.
He will be disgusted by me when he saw the scars.
I could feel the tears rolled down my cheeks when my eyes were shut tightly.
You're just a waste of space.
I looked back up.
He will never love you like the way you love him.
