Honolulu HI HAST 10:00

Luna and Bill went out from the apartment, crossed a wide berth of white sand and palm trees. The sand sometimes got into her toes and the sun felt hot on her skin.

The sound of wave crashing into the beach and the refreshing and sweet aroma of the coconut that heated by the warm sun played all around her. Soon their feet leave the sand and hop into the floating dock. The claps of their feet when it hit the wooden plank became the only sound that ruined the song of the wave and the wind. More and more question popped in her head but she chose to be silent. For the first time, she noticed he brought a bag with him.

"What's that?"

"Tut-tut-tut, no question please" He answered and hopped into a speedboat. Luna followed suit, as someone greets them.

"Let's go" Said Bill to the other people and he nodded. Bill seated himself at the starboard and Luna followed suit on the port. He cast off, jumped to the speedboat, went into the steering wheel then the man turned on the blower. The sea current took the boat and played with it, making the boat rocked and slowly drifted from the dock. The man started the machine and it slowly glided. He turned up the gas and the speedboat leaped forward and started to pick up a pace.

Luna's eyes closed in pleasure as the salty-tasting breeze stroked her cheek, and blew her stray hair everywhere.

"Ow!" Something painful hit her cheek. She opened her eyes and frowned as she picked a pebble on the boat floor. Her jaw clenched as she scowled upon the only culprit who just pointed across. "Don't waste this journey, sleepyhead, look at that!" Bill pointed somewhere.

She snorted but turned her head in that direction anyway. And she saw it. The place where the lava hissed and puffed when it met the water.

"Whoa, I wonder why I never see that before," She said.

"Cos you are too busy right?" He smiled. "It's okay to be busy"

She smiled and turned away "Yeah"

For a while, everyone busy with their own thought as the boat rapidly sailing.

Passing several landmark and island, the boat slowed down and eventually, the engine stopped and she moored but didn't throw the sail in still water, a bit far from Honolulu. The only land nearby was short and low, and it was a bit far at the horizon.

"I wonder what will we..." Luna stopped, the sentence was never able to finish, cut off by the crashing or the water near the boat. "What is that?"

"Where?"

"THAT!" She said, and she hurriedly climbed down to the stern. Something leaped out from the water and crashed down.

"Darn! I haven't got a chance to see it!" She looked around, but the thing she looking for was gone. "Where is i.." A big splash followed as she fell.

"MAAN OVERBOAARRD!" Bill yell and laughed as he saw her resurfaced.

"Why.. did" She went underwater "Why did you do that. JERK!" She yelled again as she resurfacing. But BIll laughed too hard to even able to answer.

She climbed on the boat again, while cursing so many profanities, but as she stood, someone pushed her once more, followed by another splash and splatter.

She splurted water as resurfacing, and steam came out of her head, as she hit the water surface, filled with anger.

"You .. you ..you" She splurted water and climb up again, just to get another push.
