11. Birthday

"You better come, or I won't call you a friend anymore." Rey hissed on the phone threateningly. The other side of the phone stammered an excuse. "Awww?! Really? You cant hear the phone again? Liar!" She said after the boi finished. "I bet you are too high to even answer.. But you gotta be here! Tomorrow is my my birthdaaayyyy!!" She said almost screaming. The boi on the other side said something to console and she pouted. "Thirty minutes but thats all!" She slammed her finger to the screen, and end the call, grumbling. But then she remembered her birthday and her face lit again.

"I'm hooomee!" Rey yelled as soon as she opened the door. She hung the pink skateboard and threw her pink hoodie off, showing off her white sports tank top.

"The weather is sooo hot!" She waved her palm to cool off her sweating face. She ran to the kitchen and opened the fridge, and plunged her face inside. "Ooooh it is sooo goooood, I wanna live inside the fridge forever and ever and ever!" She closed her eyes in satisfaction.

But enticing aroma from the oven beside the fridge promptly end her intention to live in the fridge. "What is this yummy smell?" Without closing the fridge, she moved to the oven and curiously peeked the glass. "Ooohhh! Chicken!! Nicee!!"

"Rey, your friend is over here!"

Her brow furrowed "Friend? Who?"

A deep voice answered her "Me?" and a platinum blonde head popped in.

"You?" Rey frowned, totally weirded out. "Why are you here?" Her hand moved, crossing it in front of her breast.

"Not because I can't stop thinking about you, of course." He said calmly, his eyes went to her crossed hand.

She spat "You what?"

"It's the truth. Nothing to hide cos nothing interesting to see there." He pointed her chest. Rey frowned, digesting what she had heard.

"OUCH!" Ryuzan yelped as a small purple lightning struck him.

Ron grinned behind him."Careful with what you said, young man! Don't you ever forget that I am her Father? Come on, show me all you got!" He said before going back to the hidden backyard.

Rey's lips pursed in annoyance. "Dad are you nuts? Why are you showing him your power?!"

Ryuzan shrugged his shoulders and went back to the garden.

A cold wind suddenly blasted inside and some ice shard fell to the floor.

Her face frowned deeper "You got Ice on your blood?"

Reaching her pink hoodie at the chair, and hurriedly wear it. After feeling comfortable with herself, she ran to the garden, with a determined face.

Brewing wind and snow in her hand, she threw that to the young man. "Take this!" The wind pushed him and the snow coated him white. "That is for insulting me" She said, grinning.

And at the same time, small electricity zapped him.

"Goddamn, Rey, two against one is unfair!" Ryuzan complained, but a smile formed on his face and hit her back with the snow blast

"When do I ever insult you" Ryuzan rolled his eyes.

"Oh please, it just a few minutes ago" A blue electricity crackled in her hand, threaten to zap him.

Ryuzan startled. "Is that lightning?"

"Yes, I kind of debating myself. Which is more suitable for you. Roasted or crisped." She pulled her right hand back but pushed the left hand further to the front, and a small string of blue lightning appeared between them.
