28| Bubs.

You were in the car with a fuming Colby. His veins were visible from his neck meaning that he was stressed. "Are you okay?" you ask him softly not wanting him to be mad or pissed.

"Yeah" he answer with a normal voice. You noticed that his knuckles turn white on the steering. You decided to stay silent, "Are you okay?" he ask. "Yeah" you answer with a reassuring smile. Honestly, you were bit upset about his ex coming to YOUR date and ruined it. But you just kept quiet about it not wanting to make the situation worse.

"I'm sorry about that I didn't know she was goi-" you cut him off. "It's fine Colby" you say. Colby let out a sigh and drove all the way back to the Trap House after a ruined date by his ex.

After getting back home, you showered and get Vee cleaned while waiting for Colby to finish editing his videos. You put Vee in the bubbly bathtub and you sit down on the cold floor beside the tub.

"Hey bubs" you say smiling. "Bubs bubs" she repeated clapping her cubby hands together. "Bubs" you stated. You let her play around with the bubbles a bit then it's time to shampoo her hair. "Which one do you want?" you ask holding up a strawberry scented shampoo and a vanilla scented shampoo.

Vee looked up and pointed to the Vanilla ones. "Okay" you said smiling as you pumped some of it onto your palm and started to rub it in softly on Vee's hair. "Hmm" Vee hummed to the scent of Vanilla lingering around the bathroom.

She kept playing with her bath toys while you finished giving her a bath with honey and milk body soap. Then, you were about to take her out of the bathtub, she splashed the water at you and some of the bubbles end up on your face. You gasp, and laugh softly.

"Genevieve, that's not nice" A voice said from the door way. You turned around to see Colby with a stern face standing there, leaning against the door frame of the bathroom. "It's fine, this cheeky girl" you said turning back to the giggling toddler.

You picked her out of the bathtub and wrapped a towel around her little body. You give her a big kiss on her forehead before she ran to Colby to get dress. "Come on" Colby said with a kid voice. You can hear their voices and giggles fading out as they walk down the hallway to Colby's room.

You smile at the thought of it. You drained the bathtub and walk out to Colby's room. You look at the time '7:32 pm'. Your eyes lit up as you remember the dinner date that you set up for Colby.

"Hey Colbyy" you said sitting on his bed. "Yes?" he answered drying Vee's hair. "Get ready before 8:30" you say. He stopped what he was doing and turned around to look at you suspiciously "Why?" he ask.

You smiled and say "We have somewhere to go". "What about-" he complains but you cut him off again. "Corey and Devyn will take care of her while we're out". "Okay?" he said turning back to Vee.

"Okay Vee, behave. Night night I love you, I'll be back okay?" Colby said to Vee before going on a date night with you. "Pinky?" Vee says holding out her pinky to Colby.

Colby smiled and intertwined his pinky with hers. "Bye N/N!" Vee yelled as you both walk to Colby's car. "Bye my love!" you yelled one last time before closing the car door. Corey and Devyn waved before Devyn wink at you. You stick your tongue out out at her. Oh boy this is going to be a long night. Y'know what I mean right? ;)
