"You're probably right.." he looked down and chuckled quietly, his hat coving most of his face from the angle he faced me. Looking up with a smile, he tousled my hair and turned to leave.
"Thank you, a lot." I said strongly.
"Didn't you already thank me?" He turned and faced me again"No.. not for that. Thank you for being here today." I sighed "it's just.. really weird to see you. In a good way, I mean. I never thought I'd meet you, but I'm really happy I did today. So thank you"
His smile widened.
"Thank you too" was all he said as he turned and waited for me to catch up to him, we walked back to the theatre. The main couple was making out on screen, and the moment we sat down the credits began to roll.
"Well I'll be damned" Paige said from behind us, putting her face in between our heads. "Isabell found herself a mans. Nice job! He's cute too!"
I felt the heat rise to my face.
"No, no no no, he's just an acquaintance of mine. We just met during the movie" I didn't think it would be best to tell her that I was almost just murdiddlyurdered by a creep."Brendon, pleasure to meet you" he held his hand towards Paige with a smile, his hood off of his head
"Heeeyyyy isn't that the name of that singer dude you've had a crush on since freshman year?"
My face was definitely red as a beet by now. Brendon chuckled beside me
"Paige... this is Brendon Urie.""Wait what?"
...
...
"Wait really?"
....
....
"You're joking.."
..
..
"NO FUCKING WAAAAAAYYYYY" she instantly pulled out her phone and began to take photos of me and him. We smiled awkwardly, as neither of us really wanted our picture taken. "Soo you single? Because she is"She really has absolutely no filter on her. I cant face him, it's too embarrassing.
"Can I see your phone?" He leaned over and whispered into my ear as Paige rambled on and on about how he should take her to meet Patrick Stump. I gave him my phone, and he signaled that he wanted me to unlock it. He wasn't my wallpaper right now, thank god, I only had an aesthetic picture of some flowers. After a few moments, he handed the phone back, a ding popped on his phone from an unknown number.
"There, now I can keep in touch" he smiled softly. "Paige, this conversation is lovely, and I'm sure one day in the far future we can arrange a Fall out Boy meet and greet, but right now I've got to get going. See ya! Bye Monday!" He waved to me as he quickly stood and exited the theatre.
So he programmed himself into my contacts?
