10am

"How long have you been awake?" I asked Rye as I woke up from my sleep.

"A little while," he smiled, putting down his phone, and brushing the hair from out my face.

"You should've woken me up," I frowned.

"I didn't want to wake you up, you'd kill me if you didn't get your 18hours of sleep every day, especially after last night," he smirked.

I rolled my eyes, stretched out my arms and pulled back the duvet, climbing out the bed and walking over to tidy the room after the events that took place in the early hours of this morning.

"Remind me to tell my dad I'll do the bins," I told Rye as he continued to stay in bed, scrolling through social media.

"Why? Oh," he realised .

"Exactly, I'm not letting my dad see that," I giggled.

"Oh god, I'm gonna have to cover that today," I stated as I looked in the mirror and saw the purple bruise that had formed on my neck.

"Sorryyy," he sang, getting out of bed and coming up behind me, his hands situated on my waist and pecking my cheek.

I turned around and gently kissed his lips.

"Are we gonna go get breakfast?" He asked,

"Let's get dressed first so then it wont look weird that I've done my makeup," I explained to which he agreed.

"Wait do you have clothes you can wear cause I know this wasn't planned," I asked him while I was searching through my rows of clothes for something I could wear for today.

"I can wear my jeans from yesterday, I've got a new top and then you have a load of my hoodies so I can knick one of them back," He replied.

I pouted, "okay but I'm choosing which one."

"Whatever." He giggled.

Eventually I settled on wearing camo cargo trousers with a black boob tube.

"Woah I've never seen you wear them before," Rye stated as he came out the bathroom and looked at my outfit.
"It's 'cause I don't know if I like them or not," I explained, looking at myself in the mirror again.

"I actually can't decide," I frowned, turning around to ask Rye for his opinion, "what do you think? And answer honestly."

"They really suit you, keep them on, they're edgy and cool." He replied.
So I went with his word, and kept them on.

Afterwards, I quickly applied some foundation, eyeshadow and mascara - plain and simple.

"You can't see it can you?" I asked putting down my beauty blender and referring to the hickey that had been noticeable 5 minutes ago.

He shook his head, "You're all good," he reassured me with a smile, slotting his phone into his pocket before we left the bedroom and went downstairs.

"Morning," my dad said with a smile as we made our way down the stairs and into the kitchen.

"Hey," I greeted him, getting out 2 mugs from one of the cupboards and placing them on the island.

"I've made you both some eggs which are on the side over there," he explained pointing towards a dish on the counter.

He picked up his work bag off the side, "I'm off now, don't forget to lock up when you leave and I'll see you soon," he said hugging me and giving me a kiss on the cheek, then going over to Rye and shaking his hand and doing whatever men do to say goodbye to one another.
