I was headed home when I realized I left my book by that tree at the park. I slamed on the breaks and hoped everybody behind me doesn't run into me or anybody else.
I U-turned on the interstate and halled ass to the park. Cause if I'm late again Brian is going to be pissed. And I'm running out of make up and money to keep covering up the black eyes and busted lips. I sighed as I headed back to the park.
10 minutes later I found my self back at the park. I looked over at the bench where I ran into Rose and Avery. It was so nice to run into them again, I missed them so much. Maybe I can talk Brian into letting me hang out with them. But knowing him he probably won't let me.
I groaned and rubbed my neck walking to my favorite tree and find someone reading my book. "Uhh Renee, isn't it?" I asked the girl but she didn't respond.
I chuckled as I realized she was really into the book. I don't want to disturb her but that's Brians favorite book and if I'm late I'm more than likely going to get another black eye.
I looked down and stared at the ground until I felt someone staring at me. I looked up to lock eyes with Renee, I think that's her name.
"Uh..yea that's mine.." I mumbled. She smiled and handed it to me "I'm sorry, I just found the book and decided to read it. I guess I kinda got into it."
I shook my head and lended her my hand so I can help her up. "No, it fine. It is an amazing book." I said smiling "Hey, where is all your friends?" I asked as I looked at her curiously.
She giggled and looked at me "Well you see after you left, I asked Avery a stupid question so he whacked me upside the head. Then when he was about to kiss Stephen, Rose and I took off running and slapped his ass as hard as we could. He caught Rose tied her up and took her back to my aunts house to feed her cheesecake. And well he left me here."
I couldn't help but laugh and roll my eyes. "If you want, I can give you a ride."
Her eyes got so big as she wrapped me up in a big bear hug. Damn shes stronger than i thought.
"Thank you! Thank you! You are a life saver!!" She said bouncing up and down. I chuckled and turned on my heel walking toward my car. "Well then fallow me."
She giggled and started skipping next to me "You know you look so familiar to me. I don't know why but you do." I raised an eyebrow and looked at her. "What do you mean?"
She shrugged "I have no idea, honestly. I'm trying to figure that part out my self." She said still skipping right along with me.
Coming to a stop at my car and looked at her "You know, you remind me of a friend I use to have before I graduated high school. She was bestfriends with my high school sweetheart. God do I miss both of them. Actually my high school sweetheart's bestfriend, is the reason why my name is Casper. She always called me that, cause I reminded her of casper. And I wanted a piece of them so instead of changing my name to Devon, after I went through the process of becoming a guy. I changed iit to casper."
I looked down feeling my face get really hot. When I heard a whisper "Devon...is that really you?!" I looked up confused, until she pulled up a picture of Rayne, her and I. "Its me Renee...." I couldn't help but freeze.
Once it all hit me I felt someone giving me a bear hug. "You dont realize how much we've missed you!" I couldn't help bit feel a tear fall down my face.
"Renee, you don't realize how much I've missed you guys" With that said, we stood there crying and not wanting to let go.
I have found one of my bestfriends, and oh boy how much I have missed her crazy ass. Now I just need to to find Rayne, the love of my life. And Renee can help me.
