Chapter 12

It's been an three hours.

Honey, Normani, Gordon, Camila, Ariana, Tori, Zendaya, The fire department squad, Alissa and Maraya, the boys from the moving company, the dog shop owners, the day care workers, Miss Betty, Ally's parents were in the waiting room.

Dinah was FaceTiming from the delivery room and giving everyone updates on how Ally was doing. "She's getting really tired, but I think we are getting closer." Dinah says.

The group hears Ally let out a scream from Mani's phone, and then they hear Lauren yell, "My hand!"

Dinah keeps the phone on her face, not showing the chaos that's going on in the room. "I gotta go!"

"I see a head! Push Ally!" The doctor delivering signals for the other nurses to get ready. "I'm so tired..." Ally cries. Her hairs up in a messy bun, she's drenched in sweat, her eyes have bags. Lauren rubs her head for comfort, "One more push baby, you can do it."

Ally takes a deep breath, and pushes as hard as she can. "We are never having sex again!" Ally yells, and it completely embarrasses her as the nurses and Dinah laugh." Ally pushes again, and  feels what felt like a watermelon come out of her, and she can't help but begin to cry when she hears a little cry fill the room. "You've got a girl, congrats Ally!"

The doctor hands the crying baby girl to the nurse beside her and begins to clean the baby off. The doctor returns to her position, "Okay just one more, I think I see a head Ally."

Ally again takes a deep breathe and pushes, "You're doing so good baby..." Lauren is whispering into her ear, trying to build her confidence. Ally yells out as she feels her second child come out. "We got a boy, good job Ally!"

"Man, couldn't imagine delivering twins." Dinah says, wiping the tears out of her eyes as she looks at Lauren who is mesmerized by her new kids.

As Ally tries to lay back down, she doesn't feel exactly right. She goes wide eyed and places her hand on her stomach. "Um...doctor." The doctor delivering looks to Ally, then looks back down at her vagina. The doctor is in shock and rushes to Ally. Lauren notices too, and gets closer to see what's happening.

"Ally I need you to breathe." The doctor resumes her position again, and goes wide eyed. "We got another one."

"Another one?!" Lauren and Ally yell out. Ally winces in pain but pushes again once more, while Lauren is internally freaking out while holding her newborn son.

"One more push Ally!" Dinah says, and she feels Ally's hand practically cuts her circulation off. "Shiiiiiiit!" Ally yells out and the doctor holds the last baby.

"Congrats you guys, you've gotten another girl."

Ally falls back into the bed "Oh my God." Lauren begins to cut the umbilical cords from all three. As they swaddle them all up, Dinah leaves the room.

A few seconds later, Ally and Lauren hear what sounded like an audience shout in joy. They smile at each other, and Lauren lays the baby girls on Ally's chest so she can try and breastfeed. "You did so good baby."

Ally is crying, as she holds her newborns. "So did you, even if you fainted the first hour we were delivering...I love you so much" Lauren smiles, holding her newborn son she leans down and kisses Ally.

As they're enjoying the moment, a nurse walks towards them. "Hey y'all, if you wouldn't mind but telling me the names of your babies."

Lauren looks to Ally to respond, "Well the first girl is named Charlotte ..." then Ally looks at Lauren to respond, "And the boy is named Comet."

"We weren't expecting a third but...." Ally sees Dinah walk in, "Their godmother will name our last babygirl."

Dinah is shocked, almost speechless and touched. "Okay yeah...well there is Charlotte, Comet and....I think Charlie would be the nice cherry on top to this trio, it's gender neutral." Ally smiles at the name choice.

They all look to the nurse. "Charlotte, Comet And Charlie Jauregui...I love it, we are gonna go through all the procedures and take these three to the baby room in a little bit, congratulations you two."

The nurse walks away getting the triplets birth certificates ready. Ally holds Comet, while Lauren holds Charlotte and Dinah holds Charlie , "They all came out with a lot of hair."Lauren says.

Their eyes hadn't opened yet, but from what they can see they got thick eyelashes and thick hair. Charlotte and Comet have darker hair than Charlie.

"So three? One of these little guys must've been hiding behind their sibling in the womb when we did the ultrasounds." Dinah says, as she holds Charlotte.

"You think we can handle four kids babe?" Lauren asks Ally who is already closing her eyes with a sleeping Charlie on her chest. "You forgot the two dogs also." Ally murmurs and falls asleep.

Honey and Lauren walk down the hallway to the new room Ally and the triplets were in. "Mommy, am I gonna have to give up my room?" Lauren laughs lightly at her daughters question. "No Honey bun, that's why we got a bigger house...might not be big enough to be honest."

"Mommy what if I'm not a good sister." Honey stops walking as they're about to enter the room. Lauren sighs and squats down to meet Honey's eyes. "You're going to be the best sister in the world, your mom and I love you so so much babygirl...bring it in little one." Honey smiles at her mom and gives her a hug. Lauren hugs her for a bit but let's go due to the pain from her injuries.

"Okay kid, let's go meet your new siblings." Lauren holds her hand, and walks into the room to see Ally is still asleep, and so are the babies. "Shhhh.." Lauren tells Honey, as the little girl walks towards the incubators her new siblings are in. She goes to Charlie's first, and smiles. "She's smiling mommy." Lauren goes to peek at her daughter, and sees that she's smiling in her sleep.

"Would you look at that, she knows her sister is here."

Honey looks up at her mom and smiles. She begins to look between all three of her siblings, while Lauren walks to the side of Ally's bed and holds her hand. "I don't think I have enough milk for three babies..." Ally mumbles with her eyes still closed. Lauren chuckles, "Well it's a good thing you started pumping already." 

Lauren lifts Ally's hand to her lips, and Ally opens her eyes. "I love you so much." Lauren tells her wife. "I love you so much too." 

Lauren smiles and they both look at Honey who is talking to her brother and sisters. "She's gonna be such a great sister." Ally says, and Lauren nods her head. "You think we can put her on diaper duty?" Ally laughs at Lauren's question and hits her good arm. "No dummy."

"Mommy, Tia Mila told me to call them Barlie, Barlotte and Bomet...how come?"

"Because your Tia Mila is an idiot." Lauren gives herself a mental note to tell Camila to not talk about Blood and Crips to her kids anymore.
