Chapter 13

"So do you guys get sleep or?" Camila asks as she holds Charlotte in her arms. Comet was getting breast fed by Ally, and Charlie was with Lauren. "I think Lauren has given them her deep sleep gift, because all three of them just sleep after anything they do." Ally says.

"I don't sleep after EVERYTHING." Lauren grumbles. "But anyway, since they sleep, we sleep."

"Lauren, for as long as I've known you, you're the nap queen." Normani says.

"I wish Gordon was like that, he was up and at it every night...to be honest, he still is." Normani adds, looking at Gordon and Honey playing with the card board box that Charlie's crib came in. "Where's Dinah?" Ally asks.

"Oh her dad made her go to the station to talk about something, I don't really know." Normani answers, "We still can't believe theyre all a month already because Ally gurl your body snapped back."

Ally laughs, "Thanks Mani boo, my boobs haven't gone down since I've been breastfeeding."

"Not that I'm complaining." Lauren adds, and Ally hits her her arm, and Camila gives her a look of disgust. "So little prima, how are you and the hobbit?" Lauren asks.

Camila rolls her eyes, "I'd appreciate if you would stop referring her to things that are tiny...last week it was Gremlin, then it was Gizmo, then it was squirt."

"What, she's a tiny little thang."

"So is Ally, yet I don't see you calling her anything."

"Because Ally will kill me in my sleep if I refer to her as anything Height related, do you not know her by now?"

The group laughs, and it causes Charlie to smile. "Awww my baby." Lauren coos.

It was 5 in the afternoon, the rain and thunder had lured everyone to take a nap. They put the baby channel on, and it worked. After feeding time, everyone was ready for a nap.

Lauren and Ally were cuddled on the couch, watching the crib in front of them full of their newborns. Charlotte was sleeping, Comet was watching the TV that was on infront of them, and Charlie was also asleep while using her sisters foot as a pacifier. Honey was taking a nap on the couch beside her parents with Tiny and Biggie next to her. Tiny kept kicking Lauren, who was now regretting getting the two dogs because instead of guarding the house, they just make it more of a mess with the help of Honey.

"You know it's not too late to just replace them with academy trained dogs." Lauren whispers to Ally who is close to falling asleep. "Shhh, it's nap time...and you got the dogs so shut up." Ally snuggles into Lauren who laughs.

"A house of 8 is not what I expected, can you imagine how Christmas is gonna be?" Lauren Asks.

"Yeah...you're gonna have to get presents for the dogs too, you know."

"These dogs better give me a present, I already gave them half my bed."

"They can start sleeping with Honey, or get them dog beds for the hallway to guard the kids rooms, I'd feel safer that way." Ally turns until she's nice and comfy. "Go to sleep baby." Ally mumbles.

Lauren kisses her forehead, and lays down next to her. Lauren then kisses Ally's neck softly, then nips it. "Don't start something you can't finish." Lauren heard her wife tell her. 

Lauren sucks on her neck, "I'll finish, but you won't let me."

"You're right, after these three I don't think we will ever have sex again."

"Oh whatever." Lauren kisses Ally on the lips and just holds her. Lauren rubs her wife's head until she's completely asleep.

Lauren hears crying, and is woken up from the nap she took. It's night, and it's still raining. Ally is still asleep, and so is Honey. Lauren carefully slips off the couch and to the crib. She notices how Tiny looks at her, "Back off, they're okay."

Lauren looks to Charlotte who is crying, and she gets why once she takes a good sniff. "Alright princess, I got you, let's go get changed."

Lauren picks up her crying baby, and carries her upstairs to her room. Tiny and Biggie had started following her, as if they were trying to protect her.

"I think your mommy is getting better at this since I can use both hands now." Turning on the light, Lauren notices one of the drawers were open. She goes to close it, but suddenly gets a cold chill.

"Hello?" Lauren calls out, and waits for a response.

Nothing.

Her trance was broken as Charlotte started to fuss, so she quickly went to change her diaper. "I think your momma is going crazy."

Lauren's phone begins to ring, and it completely scares her. It's Dinah.

Pushing the green button to answer, Lauren brings the phone to her ear. "Everything Good?"

The response that Lauren gets was anything but good.

"Troy escaped prison."

"Who's that Laur?"
Lauren quickly hangs up, as she sees Ally in the doorway. "Um, Dinah she was just wondering if Gordon left his toy bunny here, I told her that I'd look for it."

Ally nods, "Okay baby, I'm gonna get dinner started, does a easy chicken pot pie in the oven sound good?"

Lauren smiles at her, "Perfect, I'll be right back down with Charlotte."

Lauren waits for Ally to leave the room to text Dinah.
