A few days later

Lexie's POV

"See you later babe." I called as I left the house. Billie and I have decided if we want to get married some time in the next year we need to start planning now. Today I'm going to ask Lilly to be my maid of honor. I'm not entirely sure what that is but from the amount of wedding films she's watched I hope she does. I know it's something like a bridesmaid but I don't know a lot about weddings. After a 20 minute drive I arrived at Lilly and her boyfriends house. "Hi." She Said smiling and hugging me. I walked in and we went to her kitchen were her boyfriend was. His name is Noah and he seems like a nice guy. I don't know him that well but Lilly really likes him. "How are you two?" I asked as we sat down together. "We're good. How are you and Billie?" She asked smiling at me. I put out my hand to show her the ring. I almost felt sick with excitement. "No way!" Lilly she looking at me shocked. I blushed smiling at her nodding. She squealed with happiness as I sat there laughing at her. "You are going to be such a beautiful bride. I can't believe this is happening. We have to plan a wedding." She Said beaming at me. "You're over existing yourself. Calm down." I said. "Congrats." Noah Said shanking my hand. I smiled at him and we both waited for Lilly to calm down. We spoke for a while more before I got ready to leave.

"Oh and Lilly do you want to be my maid of honor?" I asked getting ready to leave. She hugged me smiling in agreement. I'm glad to see that she's happy for us. I just kinda wish Billie was that excited.

At home

"Hay, hw was it?" Billie asked pulling me into her arms. "Good, Lilly is very excited." I Said smiling at her. She was sitting on are bed writing something in her notebook. "So Billie,when are you going to try on dresses?" I asked lying next to her. "Do I have to."She Said unenthusiastically. I gave her a look as if to say 'this is nonnegotiable'. "Fine but you have to come with me." She Said moving down to lay next to me. "I love you." She Said snuggling up to me. "I love you more." I Said and smiled at her. She flicked my face and closed her eyes. I love being like this. Happy. Warm. Comfortable. Loved.
