Ember's Pov

Devan and I got home and we ignored all of our phone calls. Most of them were from Collins and His mom. We didn't care though. We just kept doing what we did. Devan and I were watching Netflix in my apartment. Devan was laying next to me. His chest bare. I couldn't help but let the song cake by my favorite artist Melanie Martinez run through my head

•your skin is warm like an oven•

Devan looked over at me. I leaned in closer to him and he kissed me.

•you're kiss is sugary sweet•

I kissed back. He leaned in and grabbed my waist and wrapped his arms.

•your fingers feel like cotton.. when you put your arms around me•

•I feel like I'm just missing something whenever you leave•

Devan dropped his body against mine and took control. As more of the lyrics filled my head the stronger things felt. His hips grazed mine as we got more intense. Devan pauses the show without breaking away. Him swaying overtop of me. The love filled the room. Thick and full.

•you smell just like vanilla•

Devan broke and looked at me. He grabbed the sides of my face gently and kissed me again but this time wanting to discover. I let him enter and his tongue grazing my lips

•you taste like buttercream•

Devan and I got even closer our bodies now touching

•you're filling up my senses.. with empty calories•

Things got heated and blurry. I didn't care anymore. I let him take control. When I snapped back to reality Devan and I were laying together. Both out of breath. Clothes almost all stripped except under clothing. I looked at Devan. The smug look on his face showed that he was satisfied with his work. I mentally laughed. His arms tangled around me and held my close to him. I grabbed his toned arms and wrapped around him comfortably.

"I love you more than you'll ever know baby girl," Devan whispers into my ear roughly.

I smiled to myself knowing that he was mine.
