I saw Hamilton recently on tour. It was really really good. I had wanted to see it for a long time. I got the tickets for my birthday and then I had to wait 3 months. It was a long time.
My grandma bought the tickets and took me, my mom, and my aunt.
The show was amazing. The guy who was playing Hamilton was actually embodying LMM which was incredible. I had so many favorite parts from that show. It was funny, sad, exciting and wonderful.
One of my favorite parts was in Satisfied when they're rewinding and they do the moves from Helpless backwards. That's super cool and all those ensemble members are very talented.
I loved King George. He was so funny and he put on a really good performance. On the night I saw it there was an understudy playing the King. I loved the King dancing around during The Reynolds Pamphlet.
For this show we sat in the third row of the balcony. I had the aisle seat of course and that was good because there was this tall lady in front of me. So I leaned out over the aisle and could see the show just fine.
I did stage door at this musical. It was actually a little chaotic. I am a fast person when it comes to stage dooring. I want to get out there as fast as I can. And it worked because for this show we were one of the first groups of people out there. They had a fence which is something you don't normally see at a touring production.
There were also police officers which was a little scary. I got my playbill signed by quite a few people. My mom got lots of pictures and also told Stephen Hernandez that I was a fansie🙄😂
Overall this was an incredible show and I loved it. 10/10 I recommend seeing it.
