"Gosh Tremaine, don't ever scare me like that again."

I slowly sat him up on the bed as I patted his face with a cold washcloth, then I passed him a bottle of water that I grabbed from the fridge in our room.

When I told him I was pregnant with Kiara, he cried for hours. Now he's fainting? I'd much rather have the crying.

"Kelly this better not be a joke." he said, making eye contact with me.

"I swear on my life it's not. I took three tests and they all came out positive."

"Oh my God... How did this happen? I mean I know how, but like, how?"

I laughed because I knew exactly what he meant.

"Remember the doctor's appointment I had the day I left for tour?"

He slowly nodded.

"So, funny story. They took me off the birth control because it was gonna expire while I was gone, and I kinda sorta... forgot."

"You deadass?" He started laughing.

"That shit ain't funny." I said, rolling my eyes. "But yes. Because of my careless mistake, we're having another baby."

His lips curled into a smile and he pulled me down, hugged me and kissed me all over my face. Now this was funny. Never in my life have I gotten this much affection after telling someone I made a mistake.

"So you're happy that I screwed up." I chuckled.

"Of course I am! You know how long I've been waiting for this moment? This is the best mistake you've ever made!

"I— thank you?"

"A pure example of a blessing in disguise. Wow!"

I giggled, "If you say so."

"How do you feel about it?"

"Well I'm happy that you're happy." I replied.

"No babe, how do you feel about it? Tell me."

I didn't wanna tell him about the doubts I was having because I didn't wanna ruin his mood. Besides, Bey's pep talk had me feeling a lot better so I really didn't need to discuss it further.

"I was shocked at first and it definitely shook my day up a lil bit. But I've come to terms with it." I shrugged, "It is what it is. I know I was so adamant on having this baby after the tour, but this honestly isn't much of a difference."

"Exactly. Matter fact, it's even better." He grinned. "You know what's funny?"

"What?"

"Remember when we made those wishes at that fountain?"

My eyes widened, "No way..."

"Yup... them shits is powerful."

"Trey no way! I wished for the exact same thing! That's crazy!"

"Woah, for real?"

"I'm dead serious."

He smirked, "Why you jacking me?"
