Katie had woken up much earlier than yesterday and decided she would try to cook for you. It didn't end up working too well because you woke up to the sound of the smoke alarm ringing. You rushed to where the noise was coming from to find Katie looking all guilty.

"I'm sorry. I wanted to cook for you but I just ended up burning it."

Her attempt to cook you breakfast made you swoon. No one had ever bothered to make you breakfast since they learned that you were a good cook. This was a nice change and you really appreciated it. You gave Katie a kiss to show how much you had.

"That's quite alright, love. How about you clean up real quick while I go change and then I can come help you cook."

She smiled and waved you off so she could start cleaning. Since you were a taller than Katie, you couldn't quite exactly borrow her clothes. This led for you to do the next best thing and simply bought shirts from the various tv shows she had done. You were currently wearing an L-Corp shirt and it made her smile when she saw it. It was nice to see that you supported her career.

"That is a lovely shirt."

"It's exactly what I though you would say."

She pulled you by the collar of the shirt to kiss you softly. Katie tended to be quite possessive of you and loved to see a subtle nod that you were hers.

"Lets get started. I'm famished."

Since the two of you were starving, you helped Katie make a simple and quick breakfast that the two of you would enjoy.

"Maybe we can do some cooking lessons or something like that? It'll be fun thing to do together."

"I would love to teach you. Tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow works for me."

Once the table was cleared, the two of you went upstairs to change into an outfit similar to yesterday's. You were only going to the bookstore so there was no need to dress up. Katie wore one of your hoodies and some sweatpants with her shoes. You just grabbed a jacket and slipped it on to cover up what you were wearing. Katie could still be recognizable but that was only if people were really paying attention. It wouldn't be a good idea to wear something from her shirt or else people would recognize her.

The two of you drove up to the nearest bookstore and split up to find various books that could fill up the library in the room you had set up for Katie

Katie just loved the fact that she had more space to fill with books that she wanted to read. It was true that she had a slight addiction to reading but it didn't matter. She loved that you knew how much you loved them and wouldn't ban her from buying so many.

An hour later and Katie had a whole pile of books that she wanted to buy. You chuckled at the sight of her trying to carry them and then rushed over to help her.

"Did you want to look for other books or are you okay with these?"

"These are okay for now. I don't want to rush and buy too many books at a time."

You paid for the books despite her insisting to let her pay.

"You should have let me paid, you know."

"I know but I wanted to. It's the little things that I do to show that I care about you."

She's happy with the answer and doesn't say anything while you drive back home. With your help, one of the shelves from the library was soon filled with all of the books she had gotten.

"Are you sure about this? I don't want to overcrowd your place with books."

You walked over to her, placing your hands on her waist as she automatically wrapped her arms around your neck.

"I made this room for you so that you can feel comfortable here. I don't care if the whole house is filled with books. I just want to make sure you're happy."

A smile appears and she can't help but pull you in for a kiss. Katie couldn't believe she was lucky enough to have found someone as understanding as you.

"Come on. I'm starving. I think we still have some left overs from yesterday. Is that okay?"

"More than okay. You know it's my absolute favorite."

The two of you headed to the kitchen and reheated the leftovers from yesterday. Dinner was mainly spent talking about the various books Katie had gotten and how she wanted to give some of them to her friends. It was sweet of her to think of them and specifically pick out a book for each one. Katie was just sweet like that and you loved that about her.

After cleaning up and heading upstairs, both of you shared a quick shower, claiming it was to save the environment but in reality probably wasted more water than what you would have both spent if separate showers had been taken.

Once the two of you had gotten out, it was already dark. You let her borrow some of your pajamas as she claimed they were much more comfortable but you knew deep down that she just liked sleeping in them. You never called her out on it as it was just adorable. Lights were turned off and the tv was playing a random movie with a low volume. Katie had cuddled besides you and ended up falling asleep before you. With a kiss to her cheek, you closed your eyes and fell asleep with a smile on your face. This was everything that you had thought of while Katie was away.
