Jaiana bounced her foot against the floor, making a "thud" sound every time she did. She looked at the clock. 12:45 PM, just 15 more minutes until lunch, but she couldn't wait to just be finished taking the test.
Jaiana started tapping her pencil against her face, finding a beat in between the pencil tapping and her foot bouncing. She grinned to herself and started making it louder. Some other person joined in. Another. Another.
Soon enough, the whole class started doing it. Jaiana bit her lip, smirking. She stood up. "Who gives a fuck about this shitty test?!" She shouted, looking at the class. "Come on, we'll leave early!" Everyone cheered and clapped. The teacher was confused.
"Jaiana! Sit down, you're disturbing the others!" The teacher protested, Jaiana turned to him.
"Sorry Mr. Gillen, I don't see anyone doing their test right now." Everyone started packing up.
Mr. Gillen growled. "Detention, Jaiana!" Jaiana shrugged and kept her smirk.
"We'll see about that."
~~~
Kids trampled along while Jaiana glided her way through the halls. The pushing, shoving, arguments and fights completely avoided her and she was smiling confidently. She swung her hips every time she walked, and her hair always seem to flow behind her. Jaiana's hair was always the messy type that still looked good somehow.
Jaiana tried to sit away from her original group. Specifically with.... Harmony. Her crush. The loser of the school. (Description of the character in the introduction). Every time she tried to sit with Harmony, everyone followed her and Harmony would run away from the group, thinking Jaiana was going to tell her to leave.
Jaiana sighed and just sat down, everyone else sitting with her. The closest people to her was two other girls. Riley and S'niya. S'niya smiled when she saw Jaiana and guided Riley to sit next to her.
S'niya was the bubbly one, always up for something. She had dark skin, black hair with a light blue streak in it and she's always up for some tea spilling. Her voice was also bubbly, and a little low.
Riley was the one that was sassy, and used logic against people. Especially blackmailing, trolling, exposing, or other mean things they did. She was a red haired girl, with some hazel eyes. She got a tan last year, so she's... Less pale. Her voice was h i g h pitched, but also mixed with those cliche teenage girl voices. Wouldn't recommend asking her to screech or anything.
"Jaiana! I heard you just cancelled a test in class! Awesome. Now we don't have to take it." S'niya put her hand up for a high five, which Jaiana gladly did. "Also, did you know one of the boys has a crush on you~? It's Jacob. I'm a matchmaker so if you need help-"
"I think I'm fine, S'niya, but I'll definitely keep it in mind." Riley looked around. "Are you sure it's only Jacob? I'm pretty sure EVERYONE has a crush on you."
Jaiana looked at Riley. "I want to be mad at you for that, but it could be true." S'niya snickered.
"If everyone had a crush on you, I would totally hook you up with ALL of them." Jaiana scoffed.
"Please, S'niya. I'm not a slut like you."
S'niya did a fake dramatic gasp of offense, and they all started laughing. Someone wearing some lame design went up to them.
"Hey girls~" The boy with a awfully weird voice said, he didn't look to charming. "Ew!" The trio said in unison, backing away. They stared at him, obviously disgusted by him.
"Freak show, go away!" S'niya sounded like she wanted nothing to do with him.
"Honestly, if anyone hung out with you, they're either blind and deaf, or crazy." Everyone knew Riley could easily lie, because her facts seemed to be true. In this case, they still are. Her "facts" get spread around the school so EVERYONE knows them. It's how Harmony became an ugly loser, it's the only fact Jaiana didn't like.
Jaiana was the most threatening of all. She was known for being the big boss. Jaiana stood up. "If you don't scram, I'll get someone to pound you to the ground. Do you want that, boy? I'll make them break your arm." Jaiana was very intimidating.
The boy winced in fear, and ran like his life depended on it. Jaiana smirked and sat back down. Everyone cheered.
"Thank you, thank you." Jaiana said. Most of the time, after something like that, she felt bad. She did now, but didn't show it. If she did, she wouldn't get the praise she was getting.
Harmony stood up.
"Oh god, it's the biggest, ugliest loser of them all." Riley sighed and laid against S'niya. "You got this, right Jaiana?"
Jaiana felt her heart pounding on her chest; like it wanted to get out of there and leave Jaiana to die. Her face turned a little red, and her breath became shakey as she saw Harmony going up to them.
Riley's fact wasn't right this time. Jaiana wasn't ready for this. Definitely not. Jaiana looked straight ahead at Harmony.
"Yeah... I got this."
