I can't wait to go out tonight. It might give me a sense of normal in all this chaos. I wonder what kind of food they have here. I heard that the chocolate is to die for, I will have to try some.

I hear the elevator churning, that can only mean that Rylee and Kacey are back. Rylee walks out of the elevator first and Kacey follows. They are surprisingly dirty.

I wandered over to Rylee as she took her dirty light pink jacket off. I grab her by the waist and pull her into me, ignoring the smudged dirt and sweat on her face, and I kiss her.

She kisses back and smiles. "Someone is happy to see me," She giggles. I laugh at her witty remark. "I have to go shower," She informs. She walks down the hall and into the washroom.

I think we should go shopping before we go eat. We are still in the clothing we were wearing before we left Newfoundland. I think there is a store close by.

Ten minutes later Rylee comes out of the washroom "We need to go get new clothing," She references to the dirty belly shirt she has on. "Yeah" I agree. We leave the building.

"I believe there is a clothing store around here somewhere," I announced. "Okay lead the way Spooked," She holds my hand. I walk around and then I see it, a thrift shop, or that's what I think it says on the sign.

We enter the thrift shop and everything appears to be on sale, which means we are in luck. Rylee points at a small, size zero, cute, yellow, cocktail dress. "I think that would look hot on you." She chimes. I go over to it and take it off the rack. It's my size, it's an adult sized dress in my size. Who would have guessed.

She walks over to me and rests her hand on my shoulder. In the other hand she has a red and blue striped crop top and a pair of jean shorts. "You like?" She asks. "Oh, yeah," I remarked.

We waltz over to the changing rooms to try our outfits on. Rylee goes into one of the stalls and I follow. We turn our backs to each other and change. "On three we turn around to see each other," Rylee insisted. "Sounds good to me," I respond. "One, Two, Three," Rylee counted. We turn around.

"Damn you look hot," I marveled. "Same to you babe," She smirked. She leans in and kisses me. "I love you," she declared. "I love you too," I gushed.

She really did look stunning in that outfit. It showed her off perfectly. The blue stripes on the crop top matches her eyes almost exactly.

"I think it is time to go eat," I commented. "I agree," Rylee replied. We pay for our outfits and leave the store. "I think the restaurant is right around the corner," I claim.

We walk around looking for a place to eat and come upon a restaurant called Canteen De Secheron. "This is the place," I say acting as if I knew where I was going all along. "Looks just fine madam," Rylee jokes. We enter the restaurant.

A highschool aged girl leads us to our table. She says something in french that I assume was 'we will be right with you' or something . Rylee looks at the menu. "I think I will get the alfredo," She announces. "Yeah me too," I remark.

"We have to talk about something," Rylee reported. "What is it?" I inquired. "You haven't been yourself lately, What's going on?" Rylee asked. "I just feel mad at the world. I mean don't get me wrong I always wanted a chance to make a difference in the world, but I never thought it would be like this," I stammered.

Rylee looked at me for a minute. "What do you mean. You always wanted to be i the army anyways," She responded. "Yeah but not when you or any of my friends are in danger. I always imagined it would just be myself that my decisions affected. Now I have to worry about them affecting you guys too," I muttered.

I look around and start vibrating my leg to distract myself. "Hey" Rylee gets my attention. "It's going to be okay," She stated. "Thanks" I mumble.

The waitress comes over to our table and speaks some words in french. We both point to the alfredo on the menu. She takes our menus and leaves us be. I rest my hands in front of myself on the wooden table.

Rylee reaches across the table to hold my hands. She smiles calmly at me. "You're my favorite person ever," She beams. "And you're mine," I smile at her.

Clash Bang I hear trays drop and plates break behind me. "They're here," Rylee gulps looking at the Tringers behind me. Her hand in mine I get up and run. I run as fast can, and then I realize I can run faster than ever before, I have a speed Rec.

As I continue running still but just barely gripping Rylee by the hand and somewhat dragging her, we get about twenty feet from the restaurant. I stop running, just completely and utterly stop. "Get on my back Ry," I demand. I don't want to drag her any further in fear of hurting her. She listens.

When she climbs onto my back I begin to run again. I run us the whole way back past the thrift store and into the apartment building. Only to stop running in the elevator.
