The sound of claws scratching on wood and soft talking woke me. Slowly stretching I dug my fingers into thick, warm, and soft fur. What I was using as a pillow grunted and shifted a little as if saying that I should get up. Blinking my eyes open, I saw deep green ones staring at me. I went to push myself up but whined and fell back down when as pain shot through my right arm and shoulder. Breathing hard from the sudden reminder of my injuries, I laid there, my head still resting on Rick's furry body. Rick looked down at me with worried filled eyes and leaned down to lick my hand.

Two men crawled into the back of the wagon causing Rick to snap his head up and growled. He calmed down once he realized that he could trust the men and watched quietly as they scooped me up into their arms. Rick stood, shaking the dust dirt from his fur. I winced once I noticed the large patch of dried blood that I had left on him.

The men carried me out the back of the wagon with Rick following closely behind. All around there were wolves and people coming out of other wagons or small houses alongside the dirt road to help injured wolves. As soon as someone would shift into their human forms, a blanket would be given to them so they could cover themselves up. The men that were carrying me placed me on a stretcher as Rick shifted. He quickly wrapped the blanket around his toned, tan body and came to stand by me.

"I'm going to stay out here and help with the injured," he said leaning down to kiss my forehead. "These gentlemen are going to take you to the medicine room in the Alpha's house where they will clean and stitch that wound."

"Are you going to go as well? You're hurt too," I said as I pointed to his left forearm.

"It's just a bite that wolf gave me. If he doesn't have rabies, I should be fine."

The men pulled me away and Rick went to go help a grey wolf who was limping. I laid back on the stretcher and stared at the bright blue sky, enjoying the feeling of the sun hitting my skin directly. The sun was quickly covered up by what looked like a ceiling as I was carried into a building. For a long while, I was surrounded by light blue walls that soon turned into sterile white of a medical room. The men were quick to put me on a bed and leave as two women came and take care of me. The women were gentle with helping me flip to my stomach so they could get to my shoulder easily. According to them, I had four claw marks that were an inch deep and about three inches long and a vicious bite. I ended up having to get 24 stitches and it took less than an hour. When the two women were happy about how clean and stitched my wounds were, they began to remove every thorn I had from being thrown into the rose bush and cleaned every cut. They said everything should heal with no problem except for the scars. There was a huge possibility they were going to scar.

"Someone told us that you had wolfsbane in your system," one of the doctors inquired.

"Oh yeah," I sighed. "The Ruby wolves had it in a liquid form and sprayed it on me like perfume."

The doctor seemed to contemplate this new piece of information for a moment. "So, there is a high possibility that you inhaled it. There is this new plant that we recently discovered counters Wolfsbane. It was discovered on the Silver Pack's territory- "

"Silver Pack?" I interrupted startled. "Where are we? What pack is this?"

"Oh, you don't know. We are in the Sapphire pack."

A shiver ran over my spine as I realized how close I was to my old home. I had not been this close in the last four years.

"The plant is a white flower, a completely new one, that we named moon blessed. After we discovered it, we noticed that it had the effects of making the effects wolfsbane disappear. So, the medical team and I spent some time into making it in an effective formula. Would you like to try it?"

Without even thinking I said, "Yes, I need to be able to shift as soon as possible. I hadn't done so in the last four years and I need to be able to defend myself. As you can tell I'm not very strong in my human form."

The doctor that has not spoken a word the whole time opened a cabinet that had a display case of different sized medicine bottles. She grabbed the smallest bottle in the front and readied a needle with the medicine as the first doctor explained any possible side effects that may occur. The most common one would be dizziness and drowsiness. They quickly gave me the shot and almost instantly I felt my strength returning slowly. The two doctors wanted me to stay and rest so they could keep an eye on me but I was ready to back out. I wanted to find Rick and the Alpha of the Sapphire pack and explain why Jake and his father wanted me so badly. The sooner we get to the Catcher, the better.

As soon as I stepped outside into the warm sun, the sound f people barking orders to others and laughter from children filled my ears. All around were commands being fulfilled: the wagons being repaired and cleaned, injured wolves were being helped into the infirmary, and there was even practice fighting in the distance. The layout of the houses was like the Ruby's pack but nowhere near as dark. Most of the buildings were made from light wood with light grey stones. Some of the buildings even went to be three stories tall. A lot of the buildings had large porches that wrapped around them with tables and chairs on them. Hanging from every building was a dark blue banner that had the image of a white diamond on it. I quickly turned to look at the Alpha's house to see that it was made exactly like the Ruby's, but it was made of white stone. Maybe it was marble?

"Sophie?"

I quickly turned back to face the work that was going on at the sound of my name. There, standing about ten yards away from me dressed in a ground length blue gown, stood a beautiful woman. Happiness along with sadness filled me as I stared at light brown hair and silver eyes.

"Katie!" I cried.

My sister broke into a run towards me as I did the same towards her. We collided into each other so hard that we fell to the ground, arms and legs wrapped around each other. The impact from the fall hurt my shoulder, causing white pain to course through me, but I did not care. My sister was here getting covered in my kisses as she covered me with hers. People all around us have stopped what it was they were doing to watch us. At some point, Katie had started crying. Seeing her cry made me cry.

"A family reunion is always heartwarming," a familiar female voice commented.

I looked over Katie's should, tears streaming down my cheeks, to see Martha. The woman who had fiery red hair loose on her shoulders and the scar on her face looking oddly unique stood a few feet away wearing a simple brown tunic with long pants. A small smirk made its way across her faced as she placed her hands on her hips.

"I'm glad to see that you are still in one piece, Sophie," Martha said sounding very motherly.

"I thought I would never see you again!" a crying Katie exclaimed. She pulled me back shoulder length apart and looked me over. "You've grown so much over these years. Not an ounce of the little sister that I once knew."

"I sort of had to grow up, being on my own for these past few years and all," I said sadly.

"Yes," Katie replies. "When I had escaped from Drake and his wolves, I had heard rumors of a Silver wolf had survived the attack. I just assumed it was me or a conspiracy theory, so I never looked in it. That was until Alpha Martha had reached out to me after you were taken from her. It seemed like a hole in my chest was finally filled. I immediately rounded up all my strongest and fastest wolves and set out to rescue you. Then- well, you know the rest."

I sat there and watched Katie explain everything to me. My older sister who was supposed to be dead was sitting across from me, smiling with tears running down her face as she spoke. Her hair had gotten a lot longer and curlier and her skin looks more sun-kissed than before. Katie's body seemed leaner as well, except for one area.

"Katie," I whispered interrupting her, "How far along are you?"

At first, Katie had this look of shock cross her face before it turned into a smile. "I've been expecting for the last six months. You're going to be an aunt pretty soon, Sophie!"

I broke out into tears again.
