It was now lunch. I was sitting down with a large group of people. Some of the people I had never even talked to. I looked around the cafeteria for Robyn, she must've had a club today because I didn't see her. I continued to nod along with the things people were saying around me not really listening.

I heard mumbles come from Jayden across the table and felt his ice cold stare.

"... I'm gonna get her." He smirked to one of his friends.

I looked over at him angrily and he gave me a huge smirk.

"You better not be talking about Reilly." I scoffed.

"What are you going to do about it short stuff?" He asked smiling.

"Are you kidding me!? I can and will beat the shit out of you if I have to!" I yelled standing up and slamming my fists on the table.

"Alright, let's do it then." He shrugged.

There I was. Out in the back of the school. There were so many kids surrounding us, chanting and screaming in the hopes we'd actually fight. I wanted to so badly because I was fed up with his bullshit. All this talk about my sister is getting old and we need to settle this now. He smirked at me as I glared at him.

"Noah, please don't do this." Alex begged.

"I have too." I shrugged.

"No, you don't. Look around, these people are only here to see you get your ass kicked. Jayden has gotten in way too many fights to count, he doesn't need another one added to his scoreboard." Alex explained.

I looked at him for a minute before turning back around to face Jayden.

"I'm not doing it." I stated, shaking my head.

"You chicken, we're all waiting for you to come at me." Jayden taunted.

"I'm not going to fight you, fighting won't solve anything. But trust me Jayden, if you ever talk about my sister again, you can believe that I will not hesitate to fucking kill you." I explained angrily.

"I'd like to see you try it." He smirked.

"I am not going to fight you, what part of that do you not understand!?" I yelled.

"Core concept." He shrugged laughing.

"You think this is so funny, a big joke! But how could you possibly think any of this is funny. You are a disgusting piece of shit, how can you possibly live with yourself knowing that you sexually assault kids!?" I asked disgusted.

He looked at me, he was angry. I turned around and began to walk away.

"Oh shit, look out!" Alex exclaimed.

A sharp pain in the back of my head sent me falling to the ground. I woke up, the back of my head tingling.

"What happened?" I groaned.

"Jayden threw a rock at you." Alex sighed.

I looked around. I had been laying in a bed in the nurse's office.

"How long was I out?" I asked.

"I don't know, maybe 15 minutes?" He shrugged.

I held my head, it was bandaged. The nurse walked in holding an ice pack.

"Oh good, you're awake." She smiled.

She placed the ice on the back of my head holding it there until she instructed me to hold it in place.

"Are you having any troubles seeing or hearing?" She asked.

I nodded.

"Both?" She asked.

I nodded again.

I could see and hear, just not well.

"Why'd he do it?" I asked.

"You don't remember what happened?" He asked.

"I remember the 'fight', but why'd he throw a rock at me?" I asked.

"I think it was because you were right about him, he couldn't think of a response so he just threw a rock at you." He shrugged.

"Must've been a big rock if it knocked me out." I exclaimed.

"Oh yeah, it was like the size of a baseball, not only that but he whipped it at you like a baseball." He explained.

"Well, at least I won the battle." I shrugged.

"You consider that a win?" Alex asked.

"Yeah, I mean I won the argument." I shrugged.

"I guess so." He sighed.

I wasn't too worried about my head, but I still was worried for my sister. What if bringing it up with him made him more interested in her. But I was serious about what I said to him, if he ever brings her up again I am literally going to kill him.

I've told him to stop but if he doesn't want to, then so be it. It's his choice but I will not tolerate it. This was his last chance, although I never should've considered giving him another chance.
