Tom......(Jayden dad Beta)

While we are rebuilding on the pack land, some of the pack were doing a run around the perimeter. We wanted to make sure that the land was safe and protected so that no one came over to try and claim it.

I smell blood then I heard someone staggering walking towards us. Some of the pack members growled. I shifted back and seen it was him my heart drop because he was physically abused. He looks horrible, he looks like he was barely holding his weight up.

"Oh, son......." I said sadly and ran to him.

He fell into my arms, he was out.  They beaten all over his body, it looks like they tortured him. I made sure some of the guys stayed out here and kept running around the perimeter. Some of us ran back to the house and straight to the pack doctor.

I made sure to keep one of our pack doctors out here so just in case someone gets hurts. We made it to the docs office.

"Doc, we need some help here!" I screamed.

We laid Jason on the gurney.

"It's going to be okay son, the doc is here to help you," I step away and let the doc do his work.

We all came back out of the waiting room I was pacing back and forth worried, nervous wondering how my son will be after all of this. I know within myself something bad happened to him.

My wife came running into the building.

"Where's my baby at?" she yelled coming up.

She saw me and ran towards me, "Tom where is our son?" she asked again with tears in her eyes.

"Doc is working on him now, sweetheart, he doesn't look good, but he is alive," I had tears coming down my cheeks.

She threw herself into my arms and cried her eyes out. I hated to see my mate like this, but when it comes to our children's we can't hold back our tears when they are happy or hurt," I held her tight.

My wife stayed by my side when we both came back to the land to rebuild. She and a few other women were our cooks. My best friend the Alpha didn't have a lot of money. Our pack was small and we pretty much grew our own food on our land. Everyone here works, that is how he did it we were one big family, now we didn't all live in the same house but we did live nearby each other.

One of the businesses that the Alpha own is a lumber yard, which is now owned by Jayden. So as you can see we had no problem how to rebuild the homes around here. Even though most of the homes and pack house was destroyed, we are pretty much rebuild everything the same, except for the packhouse. Jayden wants to add an extra floor for the children's that don't have parents.

That pack house will be a 3 story building. The first floor will be for the pack front big living room to the right and Jayden office. To the left will be a big dining room, towards the back will be a huge kitchen and to the left of the kitchen will be a really big family room for the kids that just want to relax and watch some TV or be on the computer doing some homework or whatever.

The 2nd floor will be rooms for the kids, one side for the little ones and the other side will be for teens. Now, this is only for the ones that don't have parents. The 3rd floor will have a different entrance for the guest that come for a visit. All this is Jayden planning and I like it a lot, he is so much like his father, always thinking of the pack first.

Jayden has his own home that use to be his parent's house, but the Rogues completely destroy it. We had to actually build that house from the ground up and his home is in the back of the packhouse, he also has a private road.
