From now on the story will continue in Zainub's POV

I just loved the playfulness in Hussen's heart, perfect for kids. WAIT! WHAT?! Did I just say that me and Hussen were gonna have kids?!? I started panicking as I walked back to my table were my friends sat. When I reached the table Garo, Samia and Zaria were interviewing Khadijah about her engagement. I sat down next to Zaria.

"What's his name?!? Ohhhhh please tell us!" Zaria jumped up and down on her seat as she tugged on Khadijah's sleeve.

"Okay fine, his name is Maher. I just accepted the proposal, and we're planning on getting married two months after school ends." Khadijah looks so happy when she talks about her marriage, Mashallah! Marriage can really change who you are.

"I'm do proud of Khadijah, Inshallah you marriage will be blessed with many years and children possibly." I wiggled my eyebrows at her.

"Speaking of children.... When are we gonna see some Husub children?" I can't believe they actually came up with a ship name for me and Hussen. I covered my mouth to stifle a laugh.

"Not any time soon!" I shot back laughing really hard.

After lunch me and Garo walked to fifth period together. Home Ec. I sighed loudly as we entered through the door. This was one of my favorite classes, we were taught how to cook food and in the end we would eat food! Nobody is able to understand my love for food!

That class we made creamy mozzarella and spinach lasagna, yummmmm! I'll be making that for Hussen soon!

Me, Khady, Garo, Zaria and Samia drove to my house in Zaria's car. Today was Friday, and every Friday we would go to each others houses and have a sleepover. During the car ride we chatted about what we should do at my house. We finally decided to watch a scary movie, eat popcorn, makeovers, and of course stay up late!

"When we got to my house, Ummi and Baba were in the kitchen making dinner, I've always loved how Ummi and Baba would always make dinner together. We said our salams and ran upstairs to begin the fun.

Since it was just us girls, we took off our hijabs.

"How about this movie?" Samia picked up a black DVD with the words Ouija written across in bold gold letters.

"Isn't that movie about some board game?" Garo said lamely as she picked up another DVD called Annabelle.

"I'd rather watch Ouija, 'cause Annabelle is hecka scary." I pointed at the DVD that Samia had in her hands. We all cuddled up with blankets as the movie began on the flat screen tv on my walk.

At the scary parts in the movie, Khadijah would grab my arm and cover her face with the blanket. At one point we all got scared, and we all ended up screaming. Our screams made Ummi and Baba come running up the stairs.

"What is going on? Are you guys alright?" Ummi's head popped out of the doorway with a worried look on her face.

"Yes Ummi, we are fine. The movie was scary and we got scared." Ummi nodded her head reluctantly and left back downstairs with Baba behind her.

Right when Ummi and Baba shut the door behind them we burst out laughing!

After the movie we prayed Isha and fell asleep in a big pile of bodies and blankets.

The next morning none of the girls had to wear their hijabs because both Baba and Asim weren't at home. Fir breakfast Ummi made us her special chocolate pancakes and baclava.

"Hala! Your food is soo good!" Khadijah sputtered through her mouthful. We planned to go to the mall to look at dresses for the engagement party and the Nikkah after breakfast.

When we reached the mall we formed a straight line and briskly walked into the mall. Lots of people stared at us in disgust and even amazement, but we ignored them.

"Oohhh! This dress is lovely!" Zaria held up a sparkly peach colored dress up to me.

"Yeah it's really nice," I said looking at a rack of blue dresses. I picked up a light blue dress with small sequins and beads at the breast and waist. It was perfect!

"How about this?" I showed my friends the dress, they all loved it. So I was going try that dress on as well.

After about an hour and a half I tried on at least 15 dresses, each at different stores. Our second stop was to find dresses for Garo and Samia at H&M. We found a purple maxi with a halter top and a beautiful designs for Garo, and a navy blue dress with a black design for Samia. The next store was Charlotte Rouse for Zaria and Khadijah. For Zaria, there was a mint green sweetheart dress with little gemstones along the bodice and top. And for Khadijah I chose a orange maxi with red yellow sparkly flowers. By the time we finished shopping it was already 2 o'clock!

"Lets eat! I'm hungry." Garo whined as she steered the group towards Cinnabon. We each bought one cinnamon roll and one ice cold drink.

"I love the dresses we bought!" Samia held up her dress from H&M like a trophy.

Right then and there I knew that this wedding would be great.
