I'm on my way to the cafeteria.
Tyrell went out before me, so I'll meet him there.
It's a little crowded today.
It takes me a while to spot him, until I see him waving at me.
I walk to his table and sit down.
"Hey, how are you doing?"
"I-I'm okay, how are you?"
"I'm good, thanks."
He's smiling again.
I look down.
If I'm being honest, he has a really beautiful smile.
In the sense of I think he's a genuinely good looking man.
God, what am I saying?
I should probably say something to him, so he doesn't think that I'm not listening.
"I'm sorry, what were you talking about? I kind of spaced out..."
He didn't expect that.
He seems perplex.
"O-oh um, yeah sure!
So, I was saying, that I think if I came on Monday, things would've been a little less awkward between us right now.
I mean, imagine some random swedish guy you've never seen before gives you his phone number and wants to talk to you just like that, that must've been at least a little weird for you, right?"
The truth is I don't know if it would've been less awkward if he gave me his phone number on Monday, that would've still included that he talked to me on Tuesday for the first time.
So, I think it would've even been a little more awkward.
"No, it's okay, I'm just not used to people genuinely talking to me, that's all."
"I don't understand why, you seem like a really nice person so far! And to add on to that, I think you're smart."
He does kind of a half-smile.
Did he just compliment me?
If I heard that right, that was really nice of him to say.
I think I'm blushing a little.
"Thank you.."
"Anytime man."
I nod in response.
I still can't believe he just said that.
"Tyrell, why exactly do you think I'm smart?"
"You don't trust people blindly. You doubt them. I feel like a lot of people forgot how to question things and people like that. I like that about you."
Says the guy who basically trust me blindly by opening up a bit in the first little conversation we had.
"Why do you trust me then?"
"I, um...."
Now he's got to say it. He's got me hooked.
"This will sound really crazy, but...
I think I've been dreaming of you?"

HE WHAT?

"Excuse me?"
He mutters something to himself.
I can barely make out words.
"Okay, forget it, wasn't that important anyway..."
"Can you promise to tell me one day?"
"Of course, if you promise me that I pick the time when I want to say it."
"Deal!"
We shake hands.
I can't just forget that now.
Did he have similar dreams like me?
If so, what did they look like?
Fuck, I want to know so badly, I wish
I could just ask him again, but now we already made a deal...
