We reached Kalos around 9 pm. Our hotel was in a place called Lumious city, a car brought us there due to my parents having the 'too rich to walk' attitude. We got to our room and it was instantly bedtime. I was happy to close my eyes and go to sleep.
~Morning~
Mother woke me up around 7 am. We all rushed to get ready and had to walk to our destination this time which was in the city. Father had a map that he was looking at with mother while I just watched our surroundings. Within the bustling crowds, I lost them. I wasn't too worried, I was happy in fact. That is, until I kept getting pushed around in the crowd. I tried to get out but only got squished more until finally, I fell. I cut my knee on the ground as I fell, all I could do was curl into a ball and hope not to get seen or stomped on by anyone. Suddenly, someone reached out their hand to me.
"A-are you alright?" Asked the stranger. I looked up to see a boy with blonde hair and big glasses. He seemed around my age.
"Y-yeah, thanks." I grabbed his hand and he helped pull me up.
"Come on. Let's get out of the crowd." He led me through the people and we squeezed out through a small gap in between people. As we tried to fit through though, both of us ended up falling face first into the ground. We both sat up, he began to apologize, but was shocked when I laughed.
"Pfft, hahahaha!"
"Wh-why are you laughing?"
"Cause it felt more like we were trying to get through a hole in a wall rather then a bunch of people. Funny how things work sometimes. You'd think even one of them would've been shoved out of the way hehe!"
"Y-yeah heheh! I guess you're right."
"Clemonnnttt!!! Next time tell me where you're going instead of just running off on me!" A little girl whined, walking up to us both who were still sitting on the ground.
"Ah, sorry Bonnie." Said the boy, apparently named Clemont.
"Ohhhhhh, wait. Saving a maiden in distress ay big brother?" She nudged him, his face grew flustered.
"B-bonnie!!" Bonnie only smirked and giggled evilly. She looked me over once more. Both me and Clemont stood up.
"I'm Bonnie, and you've already met my brother Clemont! What's your name?"
"Y-y/n. Pleasure to meet you both."
"So what's in the backpack? Are you a trainer? Can I see your pokemon?" She asked with sparkling eyes.
"Uh, yeah, s-sure." I grabbed Pip's pokeball. "Come on out!" I clicked the button and out came Pip.
"An Empoleon? Wow! I've never seen one up close before." Clemont said in awe.
"He's so pretty!!" Said Bonnie.
I giggled as Pip puffed out his chest proudly.
"So you are a trainer. Are you planning on challenging the gyms?" Clemont asked.
"Maybe. I might be stuck with other stuff. Well, unless I run now that is." I quickly looked around, not seeing my parents anywhere. "Good, they don't know I'm gone. Think you could point me in direction of the first gym?"
"Wait, who doesn't know you're gone yet?"
"I was hoping you didn't notice that part of what I said. You see, my parents are a bit overboard sometimes, so I usually try to hide from them."
"I see."
I looked around again and saw their faces searching for me in the crowd.
"Uh oh. Pip, return! I gotta go. See ya!"
"Wait, can we come with you?" Bonnie asked.
"What!? Bonnie, what about d-"
"Sure! Hurry up!" I started sprinting away. They followed, Bonnie was faster then both me and Clemont who were dragging behind.
"I run a lot... but I'm terrible at it heh."
"I.. just don't... run.." Clemont said. Bonnie led us to another area of the city and teased Clemont and I as we held our knees gasping for air.
"You guys are so slow! Anyway, I didn't have time to do it before but, you're a keeper!" Bonnie got on one knee with her hand stretched out to me. "Please take care of my brother? You're almost just like him!"
"Huh? W-whaddya mean?"
"Bonnie! I've t-told you not to do that a million times!" He picked her up with a robot arm and set her behind him.
"Aw come on Clemont! I can't take care of you forever."
I just stood there confused, what on earth does she mean.
"What do you even mean by 'take care of him'?"
"Marry him of course!" Bonnie had shoved Clemont aside, he was still flustered and slightly irritated.
"M-marry him?" I grew flustered for a moment and then chuckled. "I'm sure we're too young for that. At least I know I am heheh."
"Then at least date him! Pleeeaassseeee?"
"Uhm.." I was a tomato faced mess. They don't know anything about me. Trust no one. That's the first rule in my book. Why do I wanna stick around these two? "Why don't you slow down. We just met, wouldn't wanna scare me away would you? Not that you could really. You two have interested me hehe!"
"Really!? Awesome!" Bonnie cheered. And so I made my first friends in Kalos.
