When we were done laughing, we both sat down to wait for the others. It didn't take too much longer before they were back. Ash seemed disappointed yet determined to learn how to pull off an ultra move. It was quite interesting. I'll have to ask Y/n about it some other time. We all ate breakfast, Ash and Pikachu digging right in after their long training.
"Man, this tastes amazing!" Ash said as he shoveled another bite into his mouth.
"Yeah, great job both of you!" Serena complimented.
"Ah, thanks but, it was mostly Clemont. I kinda just followed along."
"That's not true! You found the berries in the first place and chopped them up like a master!" I told them. They giggled.
"I wouldn't say I'm that good. You sir, are the seasoning master."
"Yeah, you're as great as an old friend of mine!" Ash said, it was muffled by the food in his mouth, but still understandable.
"Ash, chew before you speak." Serena sighed.
"So, what should we do after this? You guys will be here the whole week right?" Bonnie asked Ash and Serena.
"We honestly didn't have anything planned." Serena realized.
"Well, I'm sure my dad would be more then happy to see you again after soooooo long!"
"Please no.." I sighed. "I don't need dad thinking I've gone and got myself another girlfriend.."
"Hehe! Come on Clemont, we all know you love her!"
"I-I.. j-just leave it be Bonnie!" I felt my face heating up as I turned away.
"Ha! You didn't deny it! What happened while we were gone to make you change your mind huh? I need all the details!"
"Hmph!" I huffed, turning even further away from her. Y/n giggled and I turned to face them, confused. "Why are you laughing?"
"Oh, cause you're cute when you're angry." They smirked slyly. Did they really just-
"Awwweeeee!! Something did happen!" Bonnie started fangirling. They really did just give it away. Seems like it might be a really long day but honestly, I kinda like where it's going.
