Well, Final Fest was an emotional ride for me.
Naydra and I were finally allowed back online, (we were worried we might be banned for the entire Final Fest D:) and we picked a team. Or, rather, Naydra left it in my hands and told me to choose.
I wanted Team Order more than anything, after I'd finally made up my mind...but Naydra wanted Team Chaos more than they realized. In fact, Naydra even dreamed about playing Final Fest days before it started, fighting on the side of Team Chaos.
Naydra knew how upset and panicked I was about choosing, and made it easier.
"I'm going to close my eyes and ears. Just pick the side you truly want. I'll be happy with either, so choose what you feel is right," Naydra told me.
I had a few minutes devoted to an existential crisis, then I finally went with my gut. This mattered to me, but it mattered to Naydra even more.
We fought for Chaos.
Naydra pulled an all-nighter, and I went to bed early so I could wake up for the last hour of the fest. While Order was incredibly appealing (the white is BEAUTIFUL :o), it made Naydra happy to play on the side they wanted.
It didn't end up mattering too much to me, I decided. I freaked out over the Princess Cannon and tried to get it every chance I got, (and screamed at the sTUPID TEAMMATE WHO PURPOSEFULLY STOLE IT FROM ME, YOU JERK! I WAS CLEARLY EXCITED TO GET IT! YOU SELF-IMPORTANT SUPERMAN ICE CREAM!) played with the Hyperbombs like there was no tomorrow, and lived the last Splatfest to its fullest. I even got a triple splat during my last match!
So, good job to both teams, and may the best future win! :)
