I am dead (I think)

Naydra killed me last night. Well, almost. I was within seconds of dying from lack of oxygen.

Here's what happened!

We were playing MarioKart 8 on our lovely Wii U, in the battle mode. I was playing as Link, while Naydra was an obscure Mii we made of Dr. Eggman. (The entire time, he was quoting Eggman's lines from Sonic Unleashed XD)

We were targeting each other in typical MarioKart fashion, driving the other to one balloon left. He started firing shells at me, while I fled from him, panicking. I had a single shell that I'd been dragging behind me, praying it would be enough to protect me from the wrath of Dr. Eggman.

As it turned out, Eggman himself ended up protecting me.

Naydra came around the corner, turning on the front camera. The boost from drifting kicked in, and Eggman shot forward, yelling in his cartoon voice, "Go go GO!!!"

...directly into my equipped shell.

Needless to say, I absolutely lost it. The comical timing of his line paired with the fact that he just RAN INTO MY EQUIPPED ITEM sent me into hysterics. Come on, it's hilarious!

The reason this nearly killed me, though, is because the particular sickness I've had for the past month or so comes with a brutal cough. I can be coughing for ages, sometimes to the point where I'm worried I'll throw up. Hysterical laughter in the middle of a coughing fit is NOT a good idea, ladies and gentleman. But at this point, I was laughing too hard to care.

The best part of all this? I was recording this entire incident. 

It'll probably never be posted anywhere, but you never know. :)

Thanks for reading through my rambling! I don't know, but I feel like I inconvenience everyone more and more with every chapter. I guess that's why I haven't been posting much in here. Does anyone read/enjoy my chapters? If you do, please let me know! :)
