I will use the idea of black eyes from a headcannon.
The black eyes basically mean "lack of culture" on a country (Most common on unions, it's rare to see it on a country. Example: EU.)
And I will implement this ,maybe, after chapter 3 or 4. Because I'm too lazy to rewrite chapter 1 and 2.

I don't guarantee that this book will be finished (or that it'll be good). So, don't get your hopes up. I'll try to finish it (and make it good).

P.S. I got confused at chapters 1 & 2 with some things. So, I'm sorry if you get confused or something. I don't want to rewrite those chapters because I'm lazy. Good luck reading this piece of trash :')
